Review 1：Housekeeping was a bit poor. And only one of the receptionist was reallynice. The rest were dry and arrogant

Review 3：The rooms are pretty noisy , you can here you neighbors and also the TV from the Lobby.

Review 4：Its a small and cute hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is nice and helpful.

Review 5：Being downtown however has it's disadvantages. The traffic noise and the constant presence of pedestrians. Also, it seemed there was a noisy celebration happening every day, sometimes twice a day, so sleeping, especially at odd hours. And people on the street are not as polite or friendly as there are in other cities, perhaps because it is so busy. But they will bump into you or stand in the middle of the sidewalk, without consideration for passers-by.

Review 6：From this hotel, you can walk anywhere in downtown. There are restaurants and points of interest all around.

Review 9：Street-to-Reception security was fine, but what I call "interior security" was a bit sketchy. Our Interior room had barely lockable windows onto a pretty little patio [accessible to all hotel guests] There were no problems, nor did we anticipate any, but some may have found the situation off-putting.

Review 10：Having made stays now in over 30 Mexican cities, we're used to downtown grit/dust in the older "traditional" downtown hotels, but Providencia was exceptionally clean and dust-free. Near-immediate hot water with lots of pressure and volume at the shower head was a definite plus. Only 1 1/2 blocks from a great value restauarant "Acropoliz" for breakfast/lunch/dinner..

Review 11：There was some street noise as our room was at the front of the hotel but it did not keep us up.

Review 12：We enjoyed the central location of this hotel as it was convenient to all amenities and we were able to easily pop in and out throughout the day to drop off shopping, etc.

Review 13：We had originally booked two rooms and they only had is down for one, they had to give us the other room in another hotel next door. We has booked a suite and were place in a smaller room, but we managed.

Review 14：I loved the location of this hotel, right next door to the cathedral and right in the middle of the center. The staff was great and very helpful. We needed ice to ice my moms back and they didn't have any but went and bought some next door and gave us the ice without charging us. The rooms are update and has a nice shower with great water flow. Wifi worked great sometimes had issues. We had issues with the reservation but staff made sure everything was fixed and made sure to please us. I will stay again when in zacatecas but will make sure to call before arriving to make sure they have my correct reservations
