Review 1：There was clothing littered in between the rocks in the sea in front of the resort, from a nearby Hindu place of worship.
Review 2：Friendly helpful staff. The beds were most comfortable. The kitchenkitchenette was well equipped. Wonderful shower. The bus stop is conveniently located.
Review 3：Theres nothing i didnt like about the resort personally as i didnt even realise when i checked in and where did my 6 days passed away at time of checking out.
Review 4：I liked the location of the resort at most and then the staff and environment around you kept us both peaceful for our entire stay. Apartments are fully equipped with everything you require and overall the best we can get for our first stay in mauritius.
Review 5：The room was a little small. We would have liked space for a dining table indoors, with a couple of comfortable chairs. As we were self-catering, a larger kitchen and more spacious fridge would have been great.

Review 7：I spent three nights here but they NEVER change the bedings. The first day I arrived, i found the pillow case smelly, which made me uncomfortable. Then I read their instruction book, saying they change the bedings every three days for saving water. It's ok if they don't change the beddings during my stay. But they should totally clean the room if there is someone live in the room before my arrival!

Review 11：One disadvantage is that there is no "lounger" on the beach as one would have in a resort. Therefore you walk about 3 minutes to the swimming beach but there is no lounger. There are loungers around the pool area.
Review 12：The reception staff members were very friendly and helpful especially Akash. The apartment was nice and newly built and the bathroom was lovely (good pressure in the shower).
Review 13：Wi-Fi issues in the room in the mornigs - had to ask staff to reset it. Stayed for 3 weeks - the breakfast is delivered to your room & it is always same - no variety: bread w/jam, yoghurt, some fruits, tea-coffee). Even a small gym would be good to have.

Review 22：Schon zum zweiten mal im Mon Choisy und wieder alles bestens, diesmal sogar mit Lavazza Kaffeemaschine. Am meisten mag ich die klare Einrichtung ohne Schnickschnack. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am schönen Strand. Man sollte aber ein Auto mieten um die Insel zu erkunden, die es wirklich wert ist mehr als Strandurlaub zu machen. Kleine aber feine Apartments, zu zweit absolut ausreichend, auch was die Küche betrifft.

Safe and well equipped appartments situated in quiet place in a well adjusted garden with palms, well prepared and clean swimming pool with sufficient number of beds situated close to a wonderful almost private beach. Personnel was very polite and always willing to help.

Beaches are a quick walk, taxis are plentiful but car and scooter hire is easy to arrange. Staff are great, facilities are very good and the vibe is "relaxed"! Good value! Security is excellent
Review 51：Limited bar and restaurant options within walking distance. The garden view rooms have balconies overlooking the property right next door; currently this is an overgrown garden and not unpleasant; we upgraded to a sea view room which was excellent. Building work is still going on on the other side of the building from 8am to around 4-5pm weekdays and Saturday mornings; as we were out during the day this wasn't a problem but it is an intrusion if on site. Kitchen basics for washing up such as liquid and dishcloth, scourer were not provided.
Review 52：The location with a gate to the adjacent sweeping Mon Choisy beach. Comfortable; kitchen equipped for simple self-catering; you need to bring your own basics such as tea, coffee, milk etc. Pool area with sea view. We didn't use it but meal delivery service is a good idea. Secure car parking free of charge.
Review 53：Buses stopped running in the evening so we had to taxi (relatively cheap though) back after dinner. There were more local options for dinner though than we saw in the first few days- we kept discovering more and enjoyed finding our way around.

Review 98：Its a little away from the market place but if you have a car at your disposal its not at all a problem. The only thing which bothered us a bit was lack of english entertainment channels on tv. As you have not much to do outside after it gets dark around 6.30 in evening, non availability of tv felt like a void. But I guess that was a blessing in disguise as me and my wife got our we time involving in cooking and reading together.

Review 100：The building complex is very long and thin, with the only thin side facing the sea. Therefore 99% of the rooms are facing a surroinding wall 5 mt from the windows. Cannot even call it a garden view. A lot of noise starting from 8 am caused by the attached construction site going on. There is no beach as the property is facing rocks sea bed. Overall just a place where to sleep but still expensive if only for that.

Review 104：This is an amazing place to stay! All the staff members are very thoughtful and helpful. They arranged a great room for us, assisted with trip planning and booking, and went out their way to ensure the comfort of the guests (i.e. shower and rest station for early check-in and late-check out). It is so great to have them around. In terms of the facility, it has a fabulous pool right beside the ocean and a lovely garden. There is kitchen and patios in the room. The resort is close to a bus station that can take you easily to Grand Bay, Port Louise, and nearby supermarket and botanic garden. It is also close to two beaches. At the end of day, we surely enjoyed coming back to the resort to unwind, swim and watch the sunset by the water. We would come back to stay without a doubt! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
Review 105：It was located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north side, with direct access. The staff of the hotel was major professional and nice. The hotel has 24h surveillance, although the island is a very safe place to be, especially Mon Choisy, and there are no security problems whatsoever. In fact one can walk alone everywhere and drop personal belongings on the beach. The supermarket is near the hotel and one can purchase almost everything we’re used to. Some restaurants nearby can deliver the meals on demand. It was a marvelous experience! I was glad I got opportunity to buy the excursions on the beach to this guy named Babi, since it’s 3 times less expensive than on the touristic spots and specially on certain hotels.
Review 106：The resort locates in a quite place near the beach, there're buses to Grande Baie in front of the resort. Swimming pool was maintained everyday, staffs are friendly and warm-hearted. It's a great place.
Review 107：The rooms are a little too close to each other, or the walls too thin because when other people were cooking we could hear them cooking so it wasn't as quiet as we would've liked.

Review 111：It is indeed very expensive (we paid 180€ per night without meals). The beach next to it is not too nice and it is not good to snorkel (no visibility due to sand in the water.)
Review 112：We had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean. Amazing! The room is very spacious and the mattress, comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and in good state. The manager (Rajiv, I hope it's the right spelling) was extremely nice and made everything possible to make our stay amazing.

Review 114：The Hotel has a very good location in Mauritius, near the famous Grand Baie. All the staff in the hotel are quite kind and zealous. The hotel is tiny but well equiped with all kitchen instruments, and it is very clean. I will recommend it to all of my friends and relatives who will visit Mauritius in the future.
Review 115：The Fridge facility could be improved. Fridge should not switch off when one leaves the room. Sometimes guests may leave for the whole day only to find food defrosted in the deep freezer.

Review 119：Everything was good, except we found that the clean and picturesque MonChoisy beach is not the best beach if you want to swim as there are alot of corrals and stones on the shore. But, the hotel cannot befaulted for it!
Review 120：Me and wife stayed at the Garden View Room #b6 from the 17th-23rd ofSept, 2013. The staff were very helpful, especially Christine, whoarranged for our timely Airport Transfer on a very short notice andarranged for a early check-in at about 10:00 am. There is anotherhelpful gentleman at the hotel whose name I am not sure of, who alsoallowed us to check out much later than the actual time. The RoomService staff is also very polite and besides the room, they would cleanour dishes as well in the morning.The room was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with Induction knob, Toaster and Microwave, pans etc which allowed us to prepare our own meals most of the time. There is a nice and clean 'eternity' pool where one could swim a few laps or relax on the free loungers provided. Next to the pool, the hotel also has a easy access gate to the Mon Choisy Beach as the hotel is located almost on the beach! There is also a balcony attached to the room where you can eat your meals. We felt safe and secure as the hotel has CCTV cameras and the Security guards are always on alert. Besides, outside the hotel we saw a large board by the local police saying that the area is under constant CCTV surveillance. We had a very pleasant stay and would return again if we get a chance. Thank You to the wonderful Resort and its Staff!
