Review 1：Not possible to set temperature over 24 degrees and then room was a bit cold. No Pc available in reception for guests (for booking or online check-in)

Review 3：The hotel has NO sauna, fitness room or swimming pool, nor does it have a proper restaurant. Breakfast is a disaster and always included in the room price. For some reason, my back always hurts when I wake up in this hotel.

I didn't eat (apart from the great breakfast) in the hotel, but there's a coffee place and restaurant in the building too. Near by is the superb Mishi Blyahera which is well worth visiting.

Review 13：The starch or bleach for the sheets is to strong and caused both of us discomfort to exposed skin. The fifth floor room 517 was a nice room but awful to stay in because of the noise from upstairs.

Review 15：Breakfast - the buffet was great on the first day, but the second and third days there was no buffet - they brought a plate of stuff to me (stuff I wouldn't have chosen for myself). They wouldn't let me take my plate to my room.

Review 18：Mendorah hotel is part of the largest Jewish built business centre in the world outside of Israel The Mendorah Hotell is 4 star, the Seven Day Hotel is an excellent 2 star. The 4 star Mendorah Hotel has a large bedroom with table, chairs, Satellite flat screen TV( including English) a fridge with snacks and drinks and huge bathroom with two shower head choices. Quiet room. Being Jewish and Kosher approved foods no meat naturally for breakfast.Reception staff speak English. Overall, the Mendoah Centre is of excellent Jewish construction achievement completed two years ago. There is a 2 level museum showing the history of the Jews from before the 2nd World War, The holocaust and after.

Review 19：Breakfast can be a little better at such place. I do not drink instant coffee but for the breakfast there was no other choice. Woul be no problem to get on the same building but this was Saturday morning and because os shabatt all coffee shops in this Jewish center is closed.

Review 21：We we're a bit surprised to find out that this hotel only serves a jewish, kosher breakfast. When we stayed, there was no fresh coffee, just instant. No meat. We were told it was a jewish holiday and no electricity could be used. Therefore the coffee machine was out of service. Because milk was served, no meat could be in the same room, apparently due to Jewish dietary laws. Also, the hotel was a bit hard to find. It's inside a Jewish community center and no signs were directing us to the hotel. Luckily we had a Russian speaking person in our group, else we would have difficulty finding it. There was no view from our room, outside the window we looked at a blind wall.

Review 42：Friendly staff and very clean, cosy and comfartable room. We stayed as a just-married couple so got a very nice present from the administration.

Review 43：The fact, there is no breakfast or even drinks in the room. And dangerous eletronic locking system. In case of fire , one can be trapped, since one needs to open a second door on the corridor to access the lifts. Same problem exists if one leaves the room , forgetting the eletronic card in the room, no way to return to the room and now way to pass the door from corridor to the lifts. Same goes for a child, or even worse, since a child, even having a card, cannot open the door between corridor and lift !!!! Sensor for this door is not on the lock but on the side wall and is about 1,90 high I CLASSIFY THIS HOTEL AS THE MOST DANGEROUS I HAVE STAYED IN. SUCH A HOTEL WOIULD NEVER BE APROVED IN THE WEST. This door , between corridor and lifts should be , should be urgently modified. Or at least a phone should be installed to be able to phone reception for help.

Review 45：Stuff whose work at the front desk are very bad. While the hotel entrance and exit Better to check your account carrefully. They can be paid more than you need to pay. On a recent visit I asked early entry. They did not allow for the availability of that. I had to pay More than 40 euro for 2 hours early check in! And they have never told to me when I check in to the hotel. Despite of a half-hour debate, they could not refund the money. I was thinking to compain to tourism office and manager of the hotel. They did not let me to speak to Manager at all. What kind of hotel business is this.??

Review 47：Payment during check in. At 23:00 start a disco in Minora till the morning. Any actions to stop it from the reception after claim. Closing sounds of entrance door to the floor makes a big noise. I think it is not so expensive to install doorstop.
