Review 1：Hard to find, no parking nearby. Staff specially trained in grumpiness. Only 1 out of 3 lights worked in our room. They moved us to a room where 2 out of 3 worked.

Review 3：I didn't like that the hotel did not have parking. I had to find a place in the surrounding streets. Starting from 1 October 2015 it is necessary to pay for leaving the car in the streets, which if you are staying for couple of days as was my case, you could end up by having to pay for the whole day. Some of the staff were unfriendly and the treatment I believe was not appropriate, maybe because in the moment we arrived there was some sort of problem with another guess and they seemed to be upset. The rooms were not very clean. My wife is allergic to dust and after sleeping there she got a reaction on her skin and we checked the bed and the floor finding more dust than we were expecting. The breakfast was in a close restaurant and we had to walk couple of minutes. That was fine but the breakfast did not have much variety, just the basic things for a mediterranean breakfast. The WIFI signal was not good in all parts of the room. Closer to the door, better signal.
Review 4：I liked so much the location. Just two minutes walking of the main shopping street. The room was big and the conform was fair. Some of the staffs where very friendly and helpful.

Review 14：Excellent value for money, (room price includes a basic breakfast in a restaurant just a short walk from the guesthouse), right in the centre of Villa Real D Santo Antonio. Friendly helpful staff who could understand and communicate in English. When I booked online, my booking was confirmed as a room with double bed, which they did not have available on arrival, we got offered a twin room. When I asked the lady at reception about that, she made a phone call to the duty manager but unfortunately no room with a double bed seem to be available and we had to take the.twin room. However 15 minutes later she came up to our room to inform us that they will move us to a double room the very next day which they did, and promptly so the next morning after breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable with clean and crisp white bedlinen. Towels were changed daily. Overall a enjoyable & comfortable stay.

Review 40：No wifi in the room, and having to call someone to get in the front door everytime, a key to the front door should be compulsory. Not a big problem, but the breakfast is served 300 metres away, no fun in the rain!

Review 44：- Hotel seems to be not ready. Nothing works: tv, wifi, lights...- staff was really unfriendly. Every questions seemed to bother a lot. Don't know what her problem was. She was like this also with others. Other persons asked to store their bikes inside and the receptionist didnt even try to find a place for them, although I have seen a lot of unused space. They had to keep their bikes outside on the street. - Wifi didnt even work one meter beside the router. couldnt load a book my hotel for the next night.
