Review 1：We had a problem with the room, But the manager Antonio Cambrano resolved everything. Great customer satisfaction, he knows how to take care about customers. Rooms are big and tidy, the hotel is nice looking.

Review 3：Comfortable place to base yourself for a couple of days in Palenque to see the sights. Room was clean, big and cool. The pool seemed well maintained and staff were helpful. No complaints really though it's on the expensive side of things for Mexico.

Review 4：Didn't find any inconveniences in the hotel. The room is clean and modern, the staff is very helpful. Wifi works well in the rooms, and the bathroom is clean. They also have a very nice restorant in the hotel.

Review 8：Like everyone says Palenque is a jumping off point. The area around the Hotel is a really lovely leafy area with a few resertaunts (some tourist, some not) and it's less than 5min to the Ado bus station and collectivos to take u to the ruins

Review 9：We tried to reserve a trip to Bonampak - it turned out to be really expensive. Just get to the central plaza instead (ten-minute walk): you'll find some local tour operators that will provide the very same tour at half the price.

Review 11：We spent two weeks visiting select sites in southern Mexico & Guatemala. We brought our 4 month old, high quality laptop which worked fine in the USA. Hotel Tulipanes was the only hotel for which we were able to get WiFi, gmail and internet capability to work (unusual for us as we've traveled in Latin America extensively with no computer connectivity issues, and traveled from the USA west to east coast with same laptop with no problems). So we were thankful it worked at Hotel Tulipanes. The hotel grounds were tropically beautiful, it has a spacious lobby and nice courtyard restaurant with a warm, relaxed feeling. The staff were great, food was great. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean with high quality tiling, appointments, etc. Our stay was very comfortable, contributing to a pleasant visit at las ruinas de Palenque.

Review 12：The shower had two settings; colder than a penguins testicle or hotter than a Victoria secrets model in the Sahara covered in jalapeños. The tax was not included, which was not made clear by booking.com It's ok but not a 4 star hotel

Review 61：We loved the coolness and tranquility of this lovely spot, an oasis in heat of Palenque. Employees and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the pool, which was also pleasant. Great value, with easy access via taxi to the ruins.

Review 62：The only fault I can find with that place is the noiseproofing: we could litterally hear the conversation in the adjacent room ! Thankfully most people in Palenque have very full tiring days and for most people it is lights out around 9pm so the chatting doesn't last too long. Still; try and avoid room 127 which is where everybody accesses the rooms and therefore more exposed to noise

Review 63：A very good value hotel with clean, spacious and confortable rooms and a very flexible management team (we had requested an early check in as we were arriving with the night bus and they super kindly let us get in the room at 7am !). Good mosquito protection in the room which is supremely important in that area Good bathroom with good hot water (solar !) and very nice toiletries Restaurant is good quality, both the breakfast and dinner (awesome grilled fish !) were delicious with very nice (if a bit slow) service.

We had planned to stay for 2 nights but when we went to book our bus out of Palenque there were only overnight buses available. Located in colonia canada - with many others hotels but best of all. 2. set in a nice garden with pool cleaned every day, surrounded by plants, trees present also in the restaurants patio. 2.Rooms clean and comfortable, with aircon, fan, free wifi, nice furniture, comfortable large bed. 3. restaurant with delicious mexican food including mariscos and strong margarita;-) staff very helpfull,mostly english speaking but we were improving our spanish. Large parking surrounded by plants, nice colours everywhere, 4. silent at night so we could have a rest after one and before next long journey. 5 3 minutes from offices of 2 agencies that can arrange trip to bonampak, yaxchitlan and others even the one when they combine visit to palenque ruins, aquas azules and trip to san Cristobal so You don't need to come back to palenque after and loose time. Great value for the money!!

Large rooms with beautiful tile design in bathroom. Modern hotel that kept the integrity of its setting near the Palenque ruins. Great value for money and secure parking.
