Review 1：Hotel clerk couldn't get the credit card machine to work correctly. I spent about 30 minutes waiting while she the read operating instructions and looking up codes etc.

Review 3：Great hotel clean, nice and well located for those traveling in Sinaia. However, it was a bad experience and very hard. The guy who did massage my wife was not professional understatement. She stopped the treatment after ten minutes because it rubbed against her and harassed her. She returned to the room in hysterics, crying and could barely breathe. After inquiries that lasted all night the hotel gave us a champagne bottle and tried to silence us. We're not going to give up and continue the process agents them.
Review 4：Room was cold and staff didn't really care to fix the problem despite my efforts. Health center was locked. I don't think they have a pool inside and most likely sauna was not functioning
