Review 1：1) We have booked with a given price at booking.com, at arrival the reception asked us to pay 200 pesos more. Unacceptable 2) Internet wifi working very poorly in the room, decently in front of the reception 3) The window of the room overlooked on the rear of the hotel unsafely: no parapet/railing. Further, from the window I could spot overhead electric cables and pipes left outside suspended, they seemed to be collapsing sooner or later. More maintenance required. 4) The room was generally clean, but the bed sheet and towels were old, looking like rags. Further you could spot clearly old stains that the washing machine was not able to eliminate. 5) Room interior was poor, no attention to details. No courtesy drinks offered. 6) There is only one small elevator. If the hotel is close to full capacity, you have to wait quite a lot. 7) Given the services offered, room price was too high. In Mexico for the same room type, you can easily spend 200 to 400 pesos less per night

Review 3：Room was dark w/o window. Bathroom has a high step up to enter and is very small. No light ovet vanity/mirror.
Review 4：Location, qiet. It is an old building with thick walls. Interior roomy and attractive. Breakfast is excellent and included in room price. Staff with the exception of reception is very helpful.
