Review 1：Very bad hotel. I booked my room according to picture I have seen in thus site but when I reach the hotel they offer me another room when I said it was not this room then they give me my same room but now they charged extra money from me. Also all employees does not speak English at all. And in bathroom dirty water was dripling from roof. I will never stay this hotel again never

Review 3：I was there quite late, still the staff was able to take care of me. I barely remember all the things to mention but overall it was a comfortable stay. It's really close to the heart of the city and so I would definitely stay there again.
Review 4：Room 1 was terrible! You have to make bed with a sheet that is too small, no rubbish bin in room, just little one in bathroom. No plug in sink and staff are quite intrusive. Disconcerting on arrival - doesn't look like a hotel!

Review 6：room they gave us was old-fashioned one. mattresses were not comfortable. room was just next to the main door, so was very noisy. no refrigerator in the room, too small bathroom.

Review 8：they are still improving facilities in the rooms and in the hotel in general, so, probably next time the rooms will be equiped with airconditioning as well.
Review 9：friendly staff, some of them speak a little English. I arrived 2 o'clock in the night because i was delayed. I didn't have their phone number and couldn't inform them that it would be a late check-in, but still they waited for me and I didn't pay in advance, so that's exceptional good service. Rooms are equiped with very new and nice interior.
Review 10：In the night there is no receptionist, so you have to ring the bell and someone comes to open you with a sleepy and angry face. They don't speak English at all.
