Review 1：We travelled as a business group and we had a very warm welcoming by very beautiful women receptionists. Very courteous and helpful staff,clean &comfortable rooms and beds. Good spa and massage. Rich breakfast. Good location
Review 2：The room was very nice but there was no garbage can, just a super tiny one in the bathroom. Also no iron in the room although one of the maids let us use the one in their laundry room on two occasions. I checked out the bowling alley it looked nice but wasn't air conditioned (neither is the lobby or other common areas)
Review 3：We booked a junior suite based of the pics we saw online... the room ended up looking exactly like the pictures, everything was new and clean, we had room 1317 to be exact... there is construction/remodeling being done on other floors... after 930am you can hear drilling and hammering going on but it's not terrible. The free breakfast was good. Other reviews said the coffee was instant and you could only get food once but that wasn't the case for us. The location couldn't be any better, it really is right in the center of everything...
Review 4：very far from the Stars 4; the difference between booking and the actual difference in price too high; hostel rather than a hotel; only two electrical plug on the entire room (with TV and mini-fridge), and there are no any in bathrooms. Rooms exactly the same as the 80s of the last century Russian provincial towns, the cost is only like a modern 3 star hotel room price
