Review 1：Compared to Casablanca Hotel in Durango, which cost less, was larger, this was poor value for price. WiFi did not work in room, smell from drains in bathroom - wicked, poor quality of room - small, bare & 1 window, TV did not work. Staff was helpful but I would not recommend this hotel & I have traveled much in Mexico & live here in Mazatlan.

Review 2：Helpful staff but they were restricted in what they could do re problems we encountered & there were many. Helped reverse 1 days payment for room. Stayed only 1 night.

Review 3：Key did not work to my room, there was no extra key. Someone had to get in through my window, which made me uncomfortable after that. Second day still did not have key. They did not offer to give me another room until I became very upset. I had to ask for clean towels twice for the second room. Coffee cold and cot covered.

Review 8：The location is great and the staff was really helpful too. We loved thesecond floor street view but it did get a bit noisy at night due to loudmusic playing passing autos... (No fault of the hotel of course) ....The room was spacious, higher ceilings than normal, with lovely Frenchdoor style windows allowing you to step out onto the small deck.

Review 9：Although we had a room with a "balcony" facing the street we could not see anything because of a roof directly below. Also the restaurant nor the terrace overlooking the city were open.
