Review 1：The straf did NOT speak english The breakfast was not so good.

Review 2：There was lot og room in the room. The bikes were fine. The Star was smilling all the time.

Review 3：Very good hotel, big and clean room and also the location is good, in a very quiet street but with a few restaurants walking distance. Great and very helpful staff. I was only a little disappointed by the breakfast: only bread, butter and jam or a soup. No fresh fruit, no eggs or yogurt with cereals.

Review 4：Place is located a fair bit out of town down a track. Ok if you have your own transport. Not in walking distance to any place in town. Breakfast was terrible. Fried eggs out of the fridge, jam out of big pots that did not look very nice and clean. Might as well not have bothered. Staff hardly spoke any English and did not care much about us.

Review 12：The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable; simple but tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Checking in, which can be overly complicated, was easy which set the tone for our stay.

Review 13：Lots of dead insects in the room and balcony, probably because the staff sprayed the chemical, but didn't cleaned them up. There was a loud music at night from nearby. The tile floor was very slippery.

Review 16：Naturally friendly staff who welcomed me with genuine kindness. They were very helpful to all my requests, and the entire ambiance of the place is chilled. The room was very clean and well appointed, and the bed though very firm was very comfortable and I slept well.

Review 18：- A bit far from the city centre, difficult to find a dinning place. There is just one restaurant that we could find in the walking distance!! - As it's a new property. It's a little bit difficult to get there by just give the name to a tuktuk driver. You might have to ring to the staff to explain that to a driver!! - There was a contruction on the sub-road to the resort. And it's muddy all the way after rain pouring!!

The wifi works fine and bicicles to go to the citycenter were free to take. The rooms are clean and the people at the hotel very nice.

When we arrived in Mae Sot we realised we were not close to our volunteering location but chose to stay at this hotel rather than move for the 3 weeks as it was so nice and used their bikes (free of charge)each day to get about.
