Review 1：It would be great if the cleaners would replace dirty towels when they come into the room to empty the trash and provide toilet rolls.

Review 5：Hamilton Island is amazing!! Apartments are huge - we had a sea view which was fantastic. Free buses run round the Island, stopping often at the apartments meaning it's really easy to get to places, though you can walk to most things. Loved our stay here!
Review 6：It is hard to find fault but the only thing we could say is that the cleaning of the room was sporadic with no real pattern of 2nd or 3rd day etc.
Review 7：The view is absolutely breathtaking and really something special. The location is great, close to the beach and just a short walk to the marina. The shuttle bus is helpful if you want to go to other places on the island. The apartment is clean and spacious and the whole resort is idyllic. The fact they had washing facilities was an added bonus. We fell in love with the place and never wanted to leave.
Review 8：The view over catseye bay was fantastic and made it worth the money. We were on floor 11 (west wing). Great way to end our Whitsunday Holiday, shame we only had 1 night. Plenty of space for 4 adults, for 1 night.

Review 10：Whitsunday Apartments is the best one we ever experienced in Australia. We are totally got shock at the very beginning of entering the room. It has an sight seeing balcony right facing the sea, and has a huge living room and a neat bed room. The decoration and furniture are so good. A lot of service girls and boys are come from Taiwan and can speak Chinese. This apartment has swimming pool and bus stop signs. Whitsunday Apartments is a home like apartment. Just amazing.

Review 12：We thought that we had actually booked at Reef View and we were disappointed when we found out that we had to go next door but we were rather pleasantly surprised as the property, staff, pricing, location and view were fantastic.

Review 18：Excellent location - probably the best. You can walk everywhere you need, the beach is in front and the walking trails start directly behind. We hired a golf buggy for 1 hour (just for fun) which was great, but not necessary for transport as there are free buses around the island, and everything is within walking distance. Upon check-in, Micah was absolutely amazing - very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend and we would go back. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all facilities required. Multiple pools available to use.
Review 19：-Cockroaches in the bathroom and room -No internet in the room in this day and age, had to go to the lobby to use wifi. (The check in staff said "this is an island so no internet"). Really? -Apartment was old and looked dated.

Review 24：There was no wi-fi in rooms, which would have been fine if there had been a stronger wi-fi connection in the lounge area (the only area which offered wi-fi). We wasted a lot of money using mobile internet because the wi-fi connection was so slow. As we need to use the internet for work and personal reasons, it created an added expense for us!

The view from our Ocean-View room was gorgeous! It was also only a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the pool at the Apartment complex was lovely.

Review 28：Beautiful view and close to pools and beach. Short walk to shops etc or free shuttle bus calls at complex regularly. Ability to pre order groceries from Coles online was extremely convenient and cost effective as shops and restaurants can be expensive on the island.
Review 29：It was rather pricey for an apartment which looked like little had changed since the 1970s, although the kitchen appears to be quite new. However, accommodation on Hamilton Island on the whole is rather pricey. In comparison with other accommodation on the island, it was fair, and I would choose it again over its neighbouring hotel.
Review 30：We got an apartment with a sea view and the view was amazing! Loved how spacious the apartment was with comfy sofas which could double up as beds. The location was great, so close to Catseye beach and pool facilities. Having cooking facilities was very handy especially with a hungry teen.
Review 31：Our room was not serviced on our second last day except for a change of towels and replenishment of soap in the bathroom. Nothing else was done. Seems it was overlooked which was disappointing.

Review 36：Disappointing at the inability to help with pick up of the three couples with luggage from the private yacht marina. You must have other guests arriving as we did on our own boat vs a commercial ferry or aircraft where pick up is included. the off handed response to our call for a pick up was quite unprofessional and not in keeping with the overall high level of the apartments and what they offer.
Review 37：Location and value for money. We with two other couples had just completed a week of sailing in the Whitsunday's and were winding down for the last 2 nights. we are regular visitors having our own sailing boat located in the region.

Review 44：The majority of the staff were excellent but someone was very unhelpful & uncooperative, don't know who it was but that person could have totally spoiled a surprise present that was expected to be delivered for my wedding anniversary. Someone on the morning staff said that the present couldn't be picked up from the jetty by a staff member. The afternoon staff were more than happy to send someone to make the pick up.On another occasion, Sarah was on reception when a seafood delivery was expected and was overdue. We had to leave for a cruise so Sarah made a note on our file that our credit card details could be released to pay for the delivery. When it arrived that afternoon the seafood delivery person was told that they could not be paid. Fortunately, the company trusted us and left the delivery without payment. That was also part of our anniversary celebration. Two suggestions for facility improvement, free WiFi in the apartment.Inconvenient to go to guest lounge.Cooking utensils were very limited.
Review 45：Fabulous views. Spacious, comfortable apartment. Prompt, efficient and very friendly staff, with one exception and that's a shame because it spoils it for those staff members who are creating a great experience for the guests and giving 100% effort. Our Wednesday bed maker was far better than any of the other days.

Review 61：Don't rely on the reception staff for information about things to door visit. They will tell you to go to a booking desk/station downthe road, but even that place was not very helpful. The girl there hadsuch a dry personality and kinda expects you to grab pamphlets andleave... I find this rude and rushed, no customer service at all..Yep, I took the pamphlets and did my own bookings direct with the operators and they were fantastic, even gave us great discounts... Oh, also, don't even ask the apartment reception about Bbq facilities....the answer I got was, "there's only one across the road. This is an island after all..." with a "are you dumb??" Look on his face... how rude???!!! Apart from the above, we had a lot fun on the island and extra activities which we had researched on our own.

I think if you are going to offer those services they should be stuck by.

Review 70：Reception desk staff upon arrival were meticulous, but when a busload of people want to check-in and get settled, it was frustrating. They should issue keys and sort out the accounts only, upon arrival, clear the queue of waiting new guests, then they can come back down to reception later and ask for maps, best places to go, restaurants, buggies, etc etc etc.

Review 85：This was truly an amazing stay. Spacious fully equipped apartment. Pool a 1 minute walk and beach a 2 minute walk. Beach buggys for hire or buses to drive you all over the island. Excellent advice organising trips. My only complaint is that I didn't stay for longer!!!

The coffee caravan down near the pool was a nice touch - very grateful for that! Walking distance to the island shops and harbour front, but a handy bus services the island too.
