Review 1：We chose this accommodation purely for its proximity to the location of a family celebration. It also offered the best value for money in that proximity. It was clean and modern.

Review 2：Unforseen circumstances meant I rang to cancel our first night (30/12) on 28/12. Maybe not technically 48 hours notice but it was 2 nights notice. Very disappointed to be charged a full nights tariff for that night - no linen, no power, no room cleaning required so charging full tariff seems a bit much

Review 3：No fault attached to the motel but neighboring occupants were a little nosy on one occasion

Review 5：Parking. When all units were full it was a fee for all to find a parking space. A parking space outside of your allocated unit should be numbered therefore others will not take it. Not having your car outside of your unit is an inconvenience

Review 9：There is no a/c but huge ceiling fan instead. We have been in cold time so no problem but I suspect it might be too hot in summer. On the highway so expect a bit of traffic noise when open windows. Free WiFi is 300mb which is fairly enough for non online video use.

Review 11：I was under the assumption there was a spa available for use as I had booked on line and read a review that said the spa was great . So I requested the spa between 6 and 7 pm with the request that I be notified if it wasn't available . Which didn't happen. . If I had realised the spa was in private units I would have paid the extra 25 dollars and booked at the copthorne next door . Their facilities are much better and prices are comparable .

Review 18：Wonderfully quiet, very clean, and the furnishings/decor were pleasantly neutral and not actively ugly, as is the case in some motels. Comfortable Lazy Boy chairs were a plus and the Marine tanks in the office were great!

Review 19：The only thing that I noticed was that in behind the toilet the floor hadnt been cleaned and it was dirty and dusty, just a little thing to keep in mind for the cleaners

Review 20：The fact that Im reknown for checking out a little late ( by this I mean usually around 10-15 minutes ) and we didnt have them on our back they were really good. I always wonder why its an issue as if everyone left at 10 they cant clean all the rooms at once anyway.

Review 69：We got a big shock when the guests who had been staying previous nights still had a key and let themselves later in the evening as they said they were staying another night which seemed odd as when we checked in the room had been cleaned and ready for us. Also found it odd they would be staying another night when they had obviously packed and taken all there gear. On speaking to the staff we were informed it was part of a witness protection party and we felt very uneasy knowing the key to our room had been still in their possession. Your staff assured us they finally had the key back, but still felt very uneasy.

Review 72：The staff was a bit rude and unaccommodating...the opposite of what the hospitality business would require. To be fair, we overslept the 10AM check out time. We checked out at about 11:15AM. We got a call from the office at 10:19, delivered with an unpleasant attitude. We explained apologetically that we'd overslept. We got another call at 11:00, as we were nearing departure, threatening an extra charge if we didn't leave very shortly. We understand the motel's need to get the rooms cleaned between guests. We are sorry we were late, but the amount of attitude we received was plainly unnecessary. It does not inspire repeat business.
