Review 1：Obviously, location may be the problem for some. It is about 30 minute walk to the central market. However, when we came to Mae Sot we went downtown, rented a motorcycle (from the Honda dealership) and used it during our stay to get to and from the hotel and around the city. So the distance was not the problem.

Review 2：One of the best hotels I've stayed in, in this price range. The room is big, extremely clean, furniture is lovely, I think the hotel is fairly new. Staff is very friendly, there are free bikes for your convenience. I don't have one negative thing to say about this hotel. I am very picky when it comes to hotels, cleanliness especially, and I will stay here again when I come to Mae Sot next time.

Review 3：location, can walk to main road but difficult to find your way around after that. breakfast was perfectly adequate but would have appreciated an evening meal in the restaurant, not many places in walking distance to find food. most guests were Thais with their own transport.

Review 19：We were overcharged for shuttle to the airport which supposed to be free when I booked. The mark up for rearranging the shuttle is 100% which we could have done ourselves for half the price.
