Review 1：No wifi in the room, but wifi accessible evrywhere else.

Review 2：The Hotel is very nice. Have a swimming pool and a beach. The staff was very convenient and helpfull. The rooms are clean and confortable.

Review 3：did not meet 4* requirements, too many rooms and only 1 lift, staff did not speak English, there were 2 mattresses on double bed which were constantly splitting and sliding out of bed - not comfortable to sleep. Poor breakfast for 4*.

Review 5：at arrival we discovered bathroom full of water, after 2 claims finally they told us it is o.k. but it wasn't so after claim nr. 4 and a swimmingpool in it they changed us rooem. In 4 nights after claims they finally changed towels and cleaned the last night the room, forgot toilet paper and let all the dirt around. Old styled arrangement which had its times, seems a bit to be n the fifties all overused etc. Breakfast remembers a low cost self service where people in addition have to arrange to find knives, spoons etc. They forgot to give us back documents. Swimming pool o.k. but in the morning all the places occupied so that you have no change.

Review 6：First of all the quality of the food was appalling for a five star hotel and in the hotel room you have to pay for the coffee. The beach is near but very dirty and when we asked who is responsible to clean the beach nobody new. Staffs working on the reception are kind but don’t have a clue what is happening in the hotel. I have been to many five star hotels around the word and I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a five star. I definitely won’t go back to this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Review 15：The breakfast is the same every day. There's no changing rooms on the beach. The sea nearby is shallow water with plenty of seaweeds (we stayed in August). The parking is not free (despite the announcement at booking.com)

Review 16：The hotel is situated at first sealine. The outdoor swimming pool is nice and clean. The rooms are rather spacious (correspond to the sizes announced at booking.com). Very close to Burgas Airport which was convenient for us at our business trip. The prices at the restaurant a la carte are very acceptable.

Review 17：We booked this hotel for one night at the last minute due to changes in our plans. We were very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay. The location by the beach is perfect, and the pool was amazing.

Review 18：they take money for car parking and i talk with booking and hotel give money back(parking was payd) personal are bad they don t know english , in restaurant bring bread and napkins last on the table...

Review 20：We had a problem with the tv witch took 4 days to get sorted, it justdidn't work. The shower over the bath had a severe leak when turnedon. We had no censor light in the hallway leading to our room and wewere at the end of the hall so we went to our room by street light. Thebreakfeast was miserable and staff were unhelpfull. We stayed 5 nitesand had another hotel booked with ye for the next 3 nights witch wecancelled. Very disappointed with this hotel. Also we were left withouttoiletrys one day and no toilet paper the next day after asking twice atreception for toiletpaper witch was at 5 in the evening and again at 11that night I ended up at the reception desk refusing to leave until thechamber maid their title for her brought me some.
