Review 1：The hotel was not explained on booking.com that the room smelt of sewers, one sliding door only workin prevented the air con being put on above all expected better from booking.com the place was under construction food was outrageous even the staff agreed that I thought was unbelievable that the staff won't even eat there will return in near future just not the same hotel or booking.com didn't even get a refund or money off a future holiday or discount voucher!!!!!!!

Review 12：I didn't like the fact that it took about 9 hours after arrival for my TV to be set up and every remote control given didn't work. One of the times my room was cleaned the towels were not all replaced. There was often only 1 person on reception. You can't expect one person to sometimes take care of the needs of 10 people that are queuing up. Especially because of the weather I could have done with a 24 hour drinking water fountain.

Review 20：The pool is totally not managed. Punctured inflatables and toys left lying around in the pool all day. People leave hotel towels on deckchairs to reserve them. The room corridors are poorly embellished and lights are missing. The room had a bad smell. Though most of all what bothered us was that we had to check in 30minutes after dinner time and the staff did not want to let us to swap it with the next day lunch even though we paid halfboard. The only offer made was to take a couple of panini.

Review 34：Nothing. only bad things. This place cannot be called as 'hotel'. I'm tired of saying how bad it was. First of all, you have to pay for the airconditioner per night. If you do not ask for the airconditioner during the day, you won't be able to have the airconditioner that night since "the GREAT AC Officer" went home. Windows are no use. No wind coming in or out only the mosquitoes. The toilet was very dirty. There are so many mosquitoes inside I got more than hundred bites. I used more than 25 euros for medicine to calm my skin down. I wish I could show you the picture. There are mosquitoes everywhere even at the lobby. Additionally, Wifi only works the lobby and most of the times they are very weak. Once the Wifi wasn't working at all so I asked the woman staff why it is not working. and she said "I don't know. Mine is not working either." That was all she said. If the staff doesn't know, then who knows? Since Malta is place where people come for once or twice in a life and do not come back again, the hotel which I would never want to call hotel, doesn't receive any feedbacks nor the make any improvements. I am very disappointed. Don't ever stay at this hotel.

Light on the balcony was shining all night and there was no chance to turn it off (except breaking the light bulb). Receptionist didn't help. You can (unfortunately) hear every word and sound from other rooms and the corridor..

Eventually, they agreed to check against their list, but during 20min wait at the reception I saw plenty unhappy people - a lot of things get wrong here. My toilet was broken, though they sent someone to repair it. Facilities outdated and walls paper thin - I could hear clearly everything said in the next room. Hallway is tiled, so you hear all the noise outside of your room - especially all people returning at 2am.

Forgetting the rooms are alot what makes you feel at home and the pool plus the jacuzzi are the part of the day that makes you feel lazy that you don't feel like getting out or away from that area. Information at the reception about the area of bugibba, qawra and St Pauls bay could be given too. Place to be if you want to relax.

Review 101：The fact that it is no where mentioned that one has to pay 50 euro (refundable) upon check it. The manager however waved it for me, quite understandable. I ordered a top or close to top floor with double bed, and got a basement twin room. Maybe because its a basement and its summer, i saw 2 roaches on the floor at night. Will never return to this cheap hotel. The price is what it is anyway!
