Review 1：This hotel should be ranked 3 stars I had four nights paid because we where spending Christmas there After the first night we decided to book a room at Quinta Real, which by the way , it is a five star hotel the deference is huge! Service, rooms, decor, everything. We left and they refused to return the money from the remaining nights.
