Review 1：- there's not very much to do or see in Mae Sot. We were there en route to the Mae Sot-Mayerwaddy border with Myanmar, which was a very simple border crossing
Review 2：- very good location in Mae Sot, on the road to the border, close to 3 good restos (Casa Mia was our fave) - bungalows well appointed - smiling friendly staff - generous, fresh breakfast

Review 4：There are traditional Thai decorations. I really like the ornate wood carvings. once you get in the compound, the city is shut out. Beautiful vegetation. Good selection of American or Thai breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at Famous Ray's Restaurant, and it is within walking distance
Review 5：The bed is a traditional Thai hard style bed, which I found rather uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfasts are made and then delivered to the hotel.
Review 6：I loved the architecture of the hotel and the fine detail added to the rooms. Even the bathroom was very unique and beautiful. The staff were very friendly also and happy to help with directions or organising a driver.

Review 13：Owner refused to give me and my brother a room with twin beds regardless that I had booked bed accommodations well in advance. Breakfast was terrible. Like most places in SE Asia rooms were small and beds were hard as wood.

Review 21：The staff at this hotel is great! Arriving in Mae Sot at night, I got dropped off in the wrong hotel - but after a quick call to Irawadee, I was picked up and taken to the Irawadee Resort in no time. The rooms are clean and, as they're set back from the street, also quiet. The bed is *firm*, and there are several breakfast options to choose from. The main plus goes to the staff though - they're very helpful, not only picking me up, but arranging taxis, etc. Recommended!
Review 22：The bed is on the hard side - even by Asian standards. Breakfast could be improved. It is a bit of a walk to the town center.
