Review 1：No cleaning & Room heating facilities .. No Phone facility .. No good room services.

Review 3：The linen had mould on, not enough plates cups or knives and forks. I did ask for extra and was given some but not enough was ready for our arrival. The tele only had 1 channel.( good job we were out every day. The air conditioning unit didn't heat and the apartment was very cold and humid through the night. We couldn't pay for our drinks via card, so in the first night we couldn't have anything! The bank was too far to walk to as we didn't know where we were. We paid not allot for our 11night stay, thankfully! As we were there to see family -and their home was full of other family.
Review 4：Not welcoming at all. The room walls was covered with humidity, one of the mattresses had a urine like smell couldn't sleep cut my stay short as couldn't stand it. Not recommendable at all! I know it's cheap but the room was not clean I didn't expect a lot but I was deeply disappointed because of the hygiene level.

Review 23：Takes over an hour to check in. The room was not cleaned properly. Theshower and toilet did not work! The power point in room was dodgy andfalling apart. The only wifi is in the lobby across the road (whichhardly worked because everyone is in there trying to use it). Thestaff were rude and ignored me as if I wasn't there. Theydidn't know anything and couldn't answer any queries, theywere so unhelpful. My room was cleaned once in 8 days! I'm soangry at myself because I always read reviews before I book but Ididn't this time and I regret it! I will never stay here again norrecommend this hotel to anyone. Don't stay here, take my word keepsearching for another hotel.
Review 24：200 rooms. Thats way too much to take good care of customers. We asked 3 times for towels and we never had it. The swimming pool was dirty and we asked for a double room but had 2 single beds

The room has very little natural light, it is REALLY hot (like 89degrees - 32° in the evening) and there are ants in the kitchen. No bedside lamps. We went for a walk in the evening: surroundings dark and horrible. The worst.

The pictures on your website are nothing like the actual hotel and is very misleading! The all inclusive food and drinks, the food wasn't edible, cold, no choice and frankly appalling. It was disgusting that you couldn't have hot drinks with any meal and between certain times no drinks were available! 50 euros for an air conditioning unit that couldn't be used is disgusting! 1 plug socket is unacceptable in a family room or any room. There was black mould around the whole of the pool area, the outdoor shower area and the walls and ceiling in the hotel. The pool was never cleaned, there wasn't enough sun beds not as though you would want to stay there! Overall the worst holiday I have ever been on and will not be returning ever! We will also be warning everyone who thinks about going to Malta. This hotel needs removing from your website and Malta!

Review 40：There really are cockroaches in the bathroom, as the others say, I was a bit disappointed by breakfast (we had B&B, so I don't know about other meals), and lack of air-condition is a problem (our room was on the ground floor, so we couldn't leave terrace door open while we were out, and during the night temperature in the room remained 5-10 C higher than outside).

Review 42：Do not recommend the hotel. Poor service. We all stand to stand. The hotel is great, one woman. The pool is not realistic to get, should take sunbeds from 7am. Already 9am there is no place. Air conditioning system is bad, comes the heat back into the room. I can not breathe. TV is very small and no remote. The ceiling fan operates only 10 minutes and again flushed after 2 hours including again fails. Toilet and bath old equipment. Dripping water flows 3 days. Lift a long time has not come. And little to 4 people. Do not clean the room for 3 days. Dirty. At no extra mattresses mattresses. Breakfast poorly fed. Many fats. And without salt omelet. Wi fi on the 1st floor and everything is full of sofas. And a weak Internet. I will not go back to this hotel.

Review 44：It took ages to get the room ready for check on. Only once during ourstay the rooms were cleaned. Slow internet because it's onlyavailable on reception area and all hotel uses it. No proper conditioner!!! Conditioner was only available as a seperate machine which needed tohave its hot air pipe put out in the balcony however the electricityplug was too far for proper positioning so the best room temperaturethat could be reached was 26c. The conditioner was too laoid as was thefan so it was imposible to use them during the night. Out of 4 lamps inthe room only 1 was working. The tv was bery old an with poor signal, I.E. essentially unisable.

Review 49：I ordered a taxi one day before check-out from Johns company at the hotel to take us to the airport. Taxi was 30 minutes late,which is a lot if you need to catch a flight. The receptionist could not handle the situation at all. Did not really care about it,just said its on the way and called them two times. The other thing that the shower pipe was broken,water hardly come from the showerhead. Be prepared for extreme heat in the room if you travel during summer. In our building wifi was not available.

Sheets did not fit the bed (too small lengthwise). notices everywhere telling you what to do and what not to do (mostly ignored by all). Lock on bedroom door jammed regularly we were never sure if we could get back in if we went out (or out if we stayed in).

Hot tub was not open for seemingly no reason. Wifi didn't work very well. Food for dinner was absolutely disgusting and the breakfast was barely adequate.

Review 92：Glass broken by the staff and left on the floor while children were about until we mentioned it. The attitude of the staff when we mentioned this was awful the waitress shrugged and told me there weren't enough staff. Still didn't clean it. Put in the wrong room in the wrong hotel. They upgraded us to half board for this and then didn't notify anyone so we had to go back and argue it once more. No Irons, remote controls for TV's, Can't fill water in the restaurant. £50 deposit which they only take in cash. Food wasn't great. Nice healthy nutritious chips are only for the kids at dinner time as per the rules of the restaurant manager. The list kind of goes on and on. A lot of the staff were rude - I know they were dealing with a lot of people and some were rude to them but there was no reason for them to be rude to just general Joe Bloggs and this was consistent throughout the hotel.

Reception staff were rude when guests said they were unhappy (one receptionist was lovely and had an amazing can do attitude). Couldnt check-in until 4pm when check-in was at 2pm. When I arrived in the evening of our first night, they had overbooked many other guests. The management need to organise staff better with the amount of check-ins they receive. Would recommend hiring more people and then this property could have better reviews

Review 98：Was an awful experience. Never in my life could you pay me to stay thereagain. One receptionist was terribly aggressive and nearly made us missour flight. He shouted at us and raised his keyboard at me as if tothrow it. Review 118：The so called cealing fan if you can call it a fan coz it hardly moves. To get an optional fan you have to pay. And when I got it the fan was amazingly dirty. No mini fridge either. Not to mention that at first they gave me a room which I did not book. The staff is horrible .. Not even the so called animator always the same for 3 hours almost every day. Very boring.. I am a frequent booker to hotels but this one is horrible. I won't even pass that street again

Review 120：When got there, the ceiling fan didn't work in the room. Aftercomplaining for 2 days they got someone to temporarily fix it and itworked by going round but never cooled the air as it was too slow. Anotice at reception said they hired fans for 2 euro per day plus atwenty euro deposit, but when asked if I could hire a fan I was toldnone available. It was 32 degrees overnight. Advertised as airconditioing in public places but it never worked. Restaurant - no aircon, flies all over food, drinks served in plastic cups both hot andcold drinks as no cups ever available. Environment dirty outside - firstday there I wanted to come home it was so bad. Complained and was toldcleaners would be available later and they did clean up the empty cupsand dog ends of cigarettes by lunch time.Wifi advertised in public areas, but as with everything it never worked. When asked if it would be fixed was advised to try the sister hotel across the road - again this worked on occasions but only in a very limited area and certainly not in all public areas as was advertised.Swimming pool always had debris floating in it after the night activities - in 10 days never saw it cleaned or checked for cleanliness. My son had to be taken to a doctor as he had an ear infection and ended up having steroid and antibiotic ear drops and told he couldn't swim which is what he enjoys on holiday.Hotel overall was tired looking and many pieces were falling to pieces - sun beds, hair dryer, ceiling fan, drawers, wardrobe rails. When going through reception there was always someone complaining about something and the staff just shrugged shoulders and were not bother or apologetic - such apathy!

Review 124：One was asked to pay deposit for everything- including for the room itself. The rooms had no sound isolation- it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. No aircondition. The furniture was old and shabby, dirty and sticky. There were cockroaches in my room. Even though when booking it was said they will take into account different dietary requirements- this was not the case, it was't even possible to get piece of fresh fruit for breakfast. Reception staff (most of them) acted as if the guest was never right which made many guests angry.
