Review 1：The location is perfect: it's very close to Sintra and to the coast too; the staff was very nice and helpful; the room was big and confortable with the view of the Palacio da Pena. Breakfast was good (unfortunately the restaurant was closed)

Review 2：Breakfast was minimal. Lacking ambience Staff a bit non plussed - didn't seem to enjoy their work.

Review 4：we stayed for one night and we found some black long hair in the bed, I'm not sure if they had changed bedclothes, that was the biggest minus.

Review 6：The pictures are not a good representation of the entire the property. Rooms could have been a lot cleaner, especially the bathroom. Everything is crammed and looks very dated. Breakfast is a little sparse and the wifi did not work in the room.

Review 15：the friendliness of the staff. They catered at dinner for my son who is a vegetarian. They even catered two nights, by prior arrangement, to serve our family dinner, when we were the only people there.

Review 16：The staff are eager and capable to please. They ensure that you are well cared for. Convenient bus stop at the hotel takes you to Sintra in 16 minutes. Buy a day ticket and you are ready to ride around the Sintra sites. The customized itinerary for the day we checked out was well thought out and we followed it to the letter for a thoroughly enjoyable drive to the south of Colares.

Review 17：Beutiful relaxing place, 5 minute driving from gorgeus beach praia grande :-) we loved the atmosphere and breakfast were delicious, the servise was perfect, we enjoyed our stay :-)

Review 18：Horrible breakefast and service in the restaurant in the morning! Bread, ham, cheese, tea, coffee etc. were gone even 1 hour before the end. The coffe/tea jugs were always empty, they are to small but nobody takes care of refilling them. We wanted to ask for more coffe and bread, but there was no stuff present for a long while. Close to the end of the breakefast time, a couple of young persons appeared. They were completely lost and didn't know at all what to do... In general, all looked a bit like a Monty Python's Flying Circus... Toilet seat was broken (105) which makes very easy to cut off something rather important...

Review 23：The weather, will always be critical on any holiday, long or short. On the whole we had good weather. The siting and location of this Hotel was excellent, the staff were excellent, the breakfast very good, in actual fact there was not very much we didn,t like.

Review 27：No tv in room, super quiet, after a busy day at beautifull sintra, all you need is a good sleep to recharge for the next day. Front desk personel are kind and super helpfull...We love the place and will be back for sure...

Review 28：Smoking place was right under our window, all the smoke came into the room. Our room looked at the parking of the hotel, not the best view and also quite noisy. Wifi was not working, just in some places in the hotel. Under the bad you could see that it was not properly cleaned. No tv in the room. Lightning in the room was very poor, one can not see the letters when reading a book, maybe a more powerful bulb is needed, or some other solution.

Review 30：WiFi didn't work on the day of our arrival. Receptionist didn't believe me until one of other guests came down to complain. Once got it working the speed was disappointing for any kind of video download. Since there was no TV in the room, I hope you like carrying books with you. Double bed turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together with hard mattresses. Coffee served for breakfast was terrible. House would be best described as hostel - we expected more comfort. We would be better off booking a hostel in a Sintra town centre.

Review 58：I liked that the hotel had a big garden. You are surrounded by trees. The rooms was big and bright. The breakfast is divers and rich.

Review 59：The staff were friendly but at times disorganised. Dinner was supposed to be at 8 pm, but then that turned out to be wrong, it was at 8.30 pm. They served a 6 course meal with wine, which was good, but we had no idea how much it would cost until we got the bill, next morning! In fact it was good value for money. The room was spacious, but the description was misleading. The balcony was about 6 inches wide and the sea view was completely obscured by a tree. There were no chairs in the bedroom and the shower curtain was plastic and wrapped itself round the occupant. The sink was plugless, fortunately we always carry a universal plug. When we stayed the lift was out of order.

Review 60：It was an interesting experience as Sarrazola House Hotel is run by a Hotel Management and Catering School and provides the practical experience for the students. The students are helpful and try their best, but are often just learning the job.

Review 61：You're a little bit out of town here so there are only a few restaurants to visit within walking distance. Most local attractions are easiest to get to by car from here. The patios on rooms with a view are not divided however so you can see your neighbors when they're outside. The air fresheners in our room were a little too pungent.

Review 62：The hotel is in a quiet location on a hill, the garden rooms overlook a lovely little outside area. The restaurant section was great and the free breakfast was filling. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The rooms were very well equipped.
