Review 1：When we arrived and went to use the bathroom i noticed that the spa\shower was dirty.
Review 2：The facility was in a good location and close to where we needed to be for our stay.
Review 3：Older facilities. A/C unit mounted him on wall and need to get on a chair to adjust settings.

Review 15：I do not like to write bad reviews & usually over look most minor things, however, after travelling the world, this would have to be the worst hotel I have stayed in (vs $30 a night hotel in a third world country).The beds (a double & a single) had food & hair in them; the sheets, quilt covers & carpet had stains.The bath had 'grime', the shower/bath walls & the shower curtain had mould.The hot water would turn cold, then burn you 30 seconds after you adjusted it.The reverse cycle air conditioning did not work in Room 3 after 15 minutes of running so we were moved to room 25. The reverse cycle air conditioner in room 25 seemed like it worked so we left it on 21 degrees for 1.5 hours while we went to dinner, only to return to a room that was only slightly warmer than outside. The air conditioning panel was showing 19 degrees, then would make a noise, shut off, start again & show 10 degrees... while slowly climbing back up to show 19 degrees (which I doubt it was even 19 degrees as we had to sleep in our own -5 degree sleeping bags that we had in the car, with socks & beanies - we ended up turning the reverse cycle air conditioner off as the fan speed could only work on high & it made us colder than without it running - until having it off all night & waking up freezing!).The 3 light globes for the room were not bright enough to see anything clearly, & all three were different light globes with different colours of 'white' light.I advised the front office of the challenges that we had when we were checking out (the office had closed at 8pm the night before, before we returned from dinner). We received "Sorry", why didn't you call the mobile number listed on the wall of the office to tell us...Fair question...

Review 18：I realise we chose a budget motel, but no hot water so no shower that night, only luke warm water for one of us to shower next morning, is not satisfactory. Staff member offered to move us to another room, pretty pointless when we were checking out anyway!

Review 24：It was July and cold. The air conditioner running flat our emitted very slightly warm air if you held your hand in front of it when it wasn't on defrost cycle. One of the coldest nights I've ever tried to sleep through even with all the blankets on one bed. Most of the clientele seemed to be construction workers.

Room was poky, only one chair, and nowhere to put breakfast to eat it, unless you shoved the big TV out of the way, or used the low coffee table Breakfast was cold Manager looked like he had been gardening in old clothes every time we saw him. Payment was processed the moment we arrived for a 3 day stay, no alternative offered.

When I complained in the morning (,I had booked for 3 nights).IDon't think the manager believed me and only refunded one nightspayment as he said I had not given him enough notice.No one is able totell what a motel is like unless they stay for a night. Also there wascars constantly in and out till after midnight and whatever they were upto kept their engines running which is a bloody is most inconsiderateThere is no way I would ever spend time in the Parkway again..

Review 56：no hair dryer and the lounge was one of those fold down metal framed divan which had seen much better days and was highly uncomfortable to even sit on,also tried to pay breakfast bill before we left at 10 past 8 on the sunday morning and couldn't get anyone to answer the bell when they were supposed to be attended at 8 am so had to shove the payment under the door and hope for the best.and the grounds were untidy.
Review 57：The Air conditioner needs a good repair or replacing,we were always awaken by the sudden stop and start of the system.Can you do something about it soon.And there was no wifi from my room,had to go out and search for it and was not successful.Under the bed was dusty and it needs a good vacum so that others don't go back home with a stuffy nose and go on ANTIBIOTICS,which we did.Clean up the rooms please ASAP.There was no SPA as Promised?????.Any Refund???????

Review 80：Our room smelt from the moment we opened the door of sewage. We triedairing it out & had disinfectant put down drains when we discussedwith the owner but this didn't help. It was really foul. We found ithard to sleep with the smell. We even left the window open through thenight and whilst we were out and then when it got cold in the earlymorning we tried to close the window but alas the lever was broken sounable to do so. Light switches were broken also. Walls were filthy. Wewould never have stayed there had we any idea and to pay $105 for such afilth was ridiculous. It put a damper on our trip away and a visit toCanberra for a surprise birthday.

Review 83：Furnishings were very battered and worn. Holes in the blankets and lace curtains. The windows did not open and the air conditioner only blew air with no cooling and was extremely noisy. Lighting was too dim, even for reading. The rooms were not serviced at the weekend. If we had not already paid on arrival, we would have definitely changed accommodation for the second evening. This motel certainly needs a downgrade of star rating until improvements are made to bring it in line with other establishments in the area.

Review 85：We were very disappointed with the courtyard of the spa suite we had,which should and could have been lovely, but......it was covered invery old and very dead weeds, years old, considering our booking wasmade weeks before we arrived, I fail to understand why management wouldnot have cleaned it up. The pillows were hard, the fridge was so icedup it - the ice box couldn't be opened let alone used, and theshelf to hold bottles was so broken that it couldn't hold anythingat all!! Weather was very warm, the pool area hasn't been attendedto in years by the look of it, weeds galore, no breakfast menu, wouldnot stay there again, and would not recommend to anyone. Very bad valuefor money!!!
