Review 1：Had a bad experience to stay there. I had made the reservation for the hotel for the date on 19- 20 Dec 2015 via booking.com. However, when checking in around 4.30 p.m. there, they did not have the rooms for me even the reservation had been made in Nov 15. They told me they had overlooked for my booking. I had booked 2 family rooms, but they were able to arrange one family room for me first and another family room will be provided around 6 p.m. something. Then I was fine for it. Another bad impression for us was when we'd stepped into the room. There were only one queen size bed in a family room. How can it fix 4 people on a queen size bed? It'd totally terrible for us after a lousy service. End up, I had requested the front desk to changed the rooms for me even the rooms located at smoking floor. Meanwhile, I had cancelled my reservation for second night. Apparently, the mood for the whole family trip had been spoiled and the time were deferred due to late arrangement and bad services provided. Definitely, I would not book for this hotel again if I have the trip in Georgetown.
