Review 1：The card had to constantly be re-validated throughout my 3 nights stay. Breakfast took very long to arrive. The next door buildings are not hostels so it can be dark late at night even if it is 2 minutes from the georgetown hotspot of bars.
Review 2：The privacy was very enjoyable. The locker to keep your stuff ensured me my item's safety too. The entire area was also very clean as we had to change into their slippers before going up to the dorms.
Review 3：To be honest, I stayed for the experience of sleeping in the capsule, everything was good in terms of facilities BUT not the customer service! Very very poor! Upon arrival, we weren't being greeted properly by the two staffs, not even a smile or a welcome, it was just us giving our details and we paid for the two nights staying in. They didn't mention we had to pay RM50 pp for deposit (or maybe it was just our fault for not reading through it). We were allocated in the capsule right in front of the 1st floor, where people from outside can see directly what we were doing and no privacy at all. One of the capsules had their lamp switches broken, where one of the buttons didn't work out. I went downstairs and requested the lady staff if she could do anything about it and changed our capsule. She just said "Yeah I'll check on it" while rudely eating Nasi Lemak in front of the customers (say whaaat, not being proffesional while working?). We waited until night but no actions were being taken. I had to go again downstairs to re-request the whole thing and finally another lady staff (kudos) helped us and our capsules were changed to a more privacy space. We only received breakfast coupon for one night instead of two nights. Luckily I asked the staff about it and he issued me another coupon for the 2nd night. What if we were clueless and had to spend more money eating breakfast outside? I think no matter how good and advanced your accommodation is, if the way you treated your customer is no good, why would people waste their money to come back again? Please improve this first! Everyone is a customer, no matter if that person is a local or a foreigner. We paid the same amount.
Review 4：The shared bathroom, shower & facilities. The American breakfast was so good! Kudos! The comfort of staying in the capsule. The free wi-fi although it was a bit slow during peak times.
Review 5：I stayed at level 2. I think it can fit almost 20-25 person but with a single toilet bowl for men. Not sure about ladies. Level 2 are for both men and women. Lack of toilet bowl at men toilet

Review 7：the place was very clean although the capsule i stayed had a little bit problem with the slide but still acceptable...all the staff was so helpful and friendly....quite amaze by the breakfast they served which is quite good even though i still prefer going out and have some local traditional breakfast~~~
Review 8：Staff did not have the courtesy to inform all patrons about the air conditioning failure, and not even make any effort to provide any other form of comfort. Breakfast was superbly slow, just for breakfast set, we waited for 45min!
Review 9：Booked via booking.com and stated it is for a family with kids. Would appreciate or preferably a more spacious area for us. What we received is a limited space but still facing the front window.
Review 10：Different experience and kids loved it..right in the hustle n bustle of Penang. Breakfast included with games supplied for guests to play either at the cafe or comfort zone.
Review 11：They appear to have opened for business prior to finishing development. Large group of staff, most of who seem to be in their first ever day of work Keycard to enter dorm room, however adjacent wall is missing.... Lift dings every time it passes the floor (which you will hear because no wall) There is no way to turn off the room lights or the small blue control buttons for the capsules, bring an eye mask. There is a comfort room on the 4th floor, but the laundry facilities area only for staff, the pool cues are new but broken and the fussball table has been set up completely wrong and impossible to play. On our second morning the adjacent building started major renovations at 9 in the morning which the management had knowledge of but failed to inform us - had we known we would not have stayed. No refund or compensation was offered.

Review 13：1. The free breakfast- Waiting time was ridiculous, the waitress give food to guest who come after us for the reason they want to take out. I have waited for about an hour for my breakfast to be serve.
Review 14：The capsule and Level 4's play room are nice, but should add more games. The hotel is clean but somehow I think separate toilet in the mixed dorm and surau should be provided
Review 15：I got the capsule facing windows on first flour (girls dorm 103/104) with great view of front street, but at night people on the street can see everything inside, felt like we were in the truman show, there were so many people stop by and watch or taking pictures (we did say hi to the people on street ;P ), it would be nice to have curtain cos sometimes we like to hangout before shutting the capsule door.
Review 16：Love the privacy of the capsule! You can just shut your door and its like a little world of your own. Friends snored really loud but I can't hear them at night, so there is at least some sound proof.
Review 17：There were only 4 toilettes/shower rooms in our dorm with 28 capsules. The two nights we stayed, there was surprisingly never a queue, but the toilette paper ran out early in the morning and was replenished only around 12. The A/C made a strange and loud noise when turned off. The mattresses are thin and therefore not very comfortable. They are also not even with the bedside, which is about 20 cm higher and I hurt myself countless times while entering and leaving the upper capsule. Would take the lower one next time. The lounge area was freezing cold, had no tables or regular seating options for those who wish to work or study, was always empty and therefore looked rather sad and not inviting. Overall it was a special experience but slightly overpriced for what it offers in terms of comfort. It might be ok for singles, but for couples a room in a regular hotel would be financially far more reasonable.
Review 18：Capsules are very clean and so are sanitary facilities. Capsules have a power outlet, a little safe, diverse lightning options, tv, adjustable A/C and are lockable from the inside. The mirror inside was a big plus, as well as the possibility to read until late in the night without disturbing anybody. In general the capsule provides a great amount of privacy and it feels like having an own little bedroom. Toiletteries and a towel are provided. English breakfast was simple but of good quality. It was only awkward that coffee/tea was not included and had to be paid extra. Internet was quite reliable and of reasonable speed (compared to other places in the region). Staff was always friendly, and helpful. Majority of them also highly efficient. Design inside the capsule is neat and interesting. Hostel worth the experience.
Review 19：I'd like the staff to be more attentive towards the guests. I was quite surprised that they asked for the time capsul bag back instead of letting the guests bring it back home. The reason being is because they do not have enough bags for the new guests to stay. I think that's very rude for them to ask that, from someone who stayed at their hotel. Please prepare more of the white bags in future instead of asking the guests for your bags back.

Review 22：During my stay, there was a group of girls who also stay at the same floor. They are so noisy in the middle of the night and in early morning. I cant sleep well, but this is the consequence of stay at someting like dorm. So it doesnt really matter.

Review 25：I like the capsule, just enough for one person, but I like it a lot. It is clean, the pillows were so comfy. I like the mirror with the ring-light though. As for cleanliness, yes I like it that we need to keep our shoes the locker provided and only wear slippers given to us, and the shower and toilets are clean and not smelly too. But this is my first time staying in a mixed dorm, so I feel a bit awkward to go in and out of the shower room, but overall everything were just fine. The breakfast was so delicious. And the staffs are extremely kind and helpful, especially that one Indian tall guy name Lawrence - he is really kind and friendly.
Review 26：Some facility was functioning no well , such as safety box not function , capsule door cannot lock well, capsule TV not function well...etc..the management must take care of this.

Take taxi only 30 minutes to and from Penang International Airport (cost 45 RM during 06:00 A.M. to 23:00 P.M.) Food: the capsule exclude breakfast but there is a cafe at the ground floor and local restaurant nearby Service: The staff very friendly and willing to do something for you upon request. Price: reasonable price compare with service, room and location.

Review 45：We got a bed near the glass walls facing the road and people from outside could see us which felt very uncomfortable. The glass walls are slightly tinted but people can still see through. We booked capsules in a female dormitory but male staff members (includng janitors) freely enter the dorms so we had to wear a hijab all the time even when going to the toilet. It didn't actually felt like a female dorm. The TV doesn't quite work, it's supposed to be connected to CCTVs but they take forever to load, and the instructions suddenly turn into chinese or russian. the keyboard input is chinese and there's no way to change it to qwerty. There's also no way to adjust the temperature of the capsule. It got really cold while sleeping and i desperately wanted to turn it off but i'm not sure if it's possible.
Review 46：It was very clean and the overall concept and design has very nice sci-fi aesthetics. The location is near a bus stop and near shops and bazaars. The staff were friendly and there were intercoms in each level so it was easy to get a hold with the staff if we needed anything. The cafe smelt really good and the overall experience was nice.
