Review 1：The orange and apple juice were extremely bad. They would do better with a box juice.

Review 2：Good place, nice swimming pool in in the basement. clean and moderate setting rooms. But they are good value for money. The staffs especially the manager was excellent. When next am in Malta, Bugibbah precisely I will be staying in primera again.

Review 11：On arrival, a very bored and careless girl asked us immediately to pay for the room before I could ask where was the "free park" sponsored on booking.com as highlight of the hotel, which doesn't exist (I had to leave my car in the street in an area where is a miracle to park less than a quarter of an hour on foot). Luckily there was also an Italian girl on her first day of work, very friendly and helpful, which we could ask for some information with. In the room, there were not bath products sponsored on booking.com (and especially as it is a three-star hotel is normal). There is not a direct connection via telephone with the reception, so I went back downstairs to ask them and the rude girl told me of go to buy. Inconceivable! I also asked if there was water to be able to buy, because the refrigerator or a bar did not exist. He replied that it was not possible for today, but I could ask for it the next morning. An absurd treatment! The night audit was even worse. When we returned in the evening, he was on the phone five minutes ignoring us, and we just had to get the key. Besides he spoke poor English and we could not understand why the TV in the room had only five channels (and the brochure in the room invited to tune to Channel 6 for hotel information).

Review 16：For you price you get the empty room with no fridge or even glasses. Step by step you recognize, that almost everything can be obtained for extra 1.5 Euro per day, so why not increase room price by 3 or 5 Euro per night and include all standard services from the very beginning? Prepaid internet access stopped working during our last weekend and nobody from the hotel could not help or explain this situation till our departure, though WiFi access is a standard option for any respectable hotel nowadays.

Review 18：The breakfast left much to be desired and attention needs to be given to cleanliness in the dining room. The sheets on the bed were inadequate as single bed sheets were used instead of doubles and had tears in them. The towels were threadbare.

Review 81：This was my second time in Malta so I knew the area since we lived at another hotel in the same area last time, the hotel was awful! Since we arrived every thing was just not professional ! I booked a double room (with balconi) since this was the kind of room that included breakfast! I called the hotel and asked myself. The I told them that we were 3 + a baby, the confirmed that a double room is ok to book. I also searched the same inputs at the booking.com and a double room came up. But when I printed the voucher it said double room for 2 instead if 3. When we got to the hotel they said that they got a booking for only 2 persons and we had to pay extra for one person for the whole week! !! We paid for a mistake that the hotel or booking.com has done. I'm not happy with booking.com or the premira hotel at all! Other things that we noticed at the hotel; The elevator smlles of surage, the breakfast is disgusting, the personal at the hotel are not friendly a t all(not all of t hem) the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, there is no remote for the tv wich only had 3 stations, no kittle at the room, the receptionist(a young boy) kept throughing the key instead of handing it over until we had a talk with the manager. We meta man in his 70's who was given a room with no windows!! So called internal room. He had ordered a room with balconi also but he also had to pay extra to get another room all thus he like us already paid for his room! I have this man's contact information if you need me to prove my words.

Review 83：1Rubbish breakfast. 2 Only the staff named Nandi was very kind, helping and rest were ok ok but when it comes to money they were aweful.... 3 swimming pool looks big in photo but in real it's 1meter deep and smaller than our room's bathroom. 4 reception wakes you up at 8.00 by calling you non stop to say that "you need to check out at 11"-- we already ask this question the night before..... But still!!! 5 You can't flush the toilet often as there is shortage of water.... I Just don't believe this!!! Lift is stinking .... All building corridor smells like dead rat. It's a total nightmare ..... We paid €110 for 2 nights but didn't got any value at all.

Review 85：-Couldn't get the conditioner to work, but as it was not very hot, did not suffer from it a lot. -Only instant coffee for breakfast. -Windows of the room was to a busy street with heavy traffic all day long. Quite loud and therefore could not sleep with windows open. - Would have been great if at least some toiletries would be available in the room, at least shower gel. - Hotel doe's not have free wifi
