Review 1：We had expected nice comfortable wellness facilities, such as sauna, whirlpool and a well prepared outdoor pool. So we got a little bit sad and disappointed meeting the real true situation.

Review 2：Best of all was the very kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed the comfortable room as well as the modern healthy breakfast next morning.

Review 3：there was mold all over the walls. My carpet was stained in several places. The restaurant has very few options, and all the food tasted terrible. The hotel looks like it was beautiful, but nobody cares to upkeep it.

Review 13：It was very clean, New, big rooms, big spaces, the staff was exellent, specially the Chef, we ordered something special and he did it as we needed. I enjoyed very much. Nicely surprised.

Review 14：Very good value. New Hotel, modern, clean room, huge pool, everything still brand new. Friendly staff. Nice Breakfast. Since the week of opening we've been 4 times in this hotel. Building/room with potential of high quality hotel, but still in need of improvement in many aspect. About the restaurant service, in the biginning they only had breakfast service but now they have service during the day.The good thing is hotel listen when you suggest something to improve the service and you see changes made the next time. The last time our friend used the tour service located in the hotel(tour guide-Miss Audi) to make a private tour to Iguazu Falls and she told us the service was excellent.
