Review 1：Carpets old and not cleaned at all during the stay. No catle for tea or coffee. Have to order the hot water!

Review 3：Poor maintenance on the building and room. No wáter to the toilet. Only very hot wáter available in shower and sink. No normal or cool wáter was available until 11 pm at night after several calls and trips to the front desk. Reception staff were helpful but Management seem not very interested. The next day when we asked for a refund or reduction, the manager would not come to the receptiton to talk. We communicated via Messenger and finally after spending 15 - 20 minutes, they reduced the bill by nearly 50%.
Review 4：Great idea for a hotel in a bull fight ring. Good food
Review 5：One felt as if there were very few people staying there. Late at night the bar was gloomy and almost deserted. The conversion from bullring to hotel could have been better done so as to make the place more lively.
Review 6：One doesn't usually get offered a glass of sparkling wine as one checks in. The room was very comfortable. Our car was dealt with very efficiently.

Review 14：I loved how I felt transported to Spanish Colonial Mexico. This is an old bullring converted into a hotel. Just imagine the history here! All of the staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious, especially Sunday brunch!! Yum! Also, the location is perfect. Super close to the center of town, but just enough distance from the hustle and bustle. I'd definitely stay again.
Review 15：-Expensive food, breakfast, lunch, dinner are expensive. -WiFi was the worst service, when logged in, it didn't have good hotel coverage and it didn't allow to use "what's up" or "viber" or any of the regular "calling - texting" applications, for the price being the probably the expensive hotel in town and excellent WiFi internet service it's expected this days with coverage in all Hotel areas. -Downstairs bar was not open at lunch time. -Expensive deposit taken on credit card.
