Review 1：I chose a smoking room when making a reservation and the booking was accepted. The management of the hotel but it's not the smoking room, and the penalty for smoking was reported. For this reason, less than I had planned for days I stayed.

Review 3：The hotel is in an excellent location near the centre of Dnepropetrovsk. The staff are friendly (the reception staff speak decent English), the room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities good. There is a nice restaurant serving good Ukrainian food at a reasonable price.
Review 4：TV was only 19 inch only had to ask bigger TV, TV was bigger but very poor pictures. Shower could not be temperature control had to ask for hotter, fridge had not temperature control not cold, had to ask ice, there no tea & coffee in room breakfast can only be serve 8 to 9.30. It was terrible hotel services never again....

Review 22：Style of the whole hotel is just awful, girl at the reception was like arobot. They have their restaurant and you feel like you are in some caveof darkness with this strange music everywhere and waitress whocouldn't wait us to leave... And the price is just like 4 star, butthe quality max 3 star hotel...
