Review 1：some of the staff was not friendly, last day breakfast room didn't have nobody to refill what was missing (cheese, ham, juice)

Review 2：Great Shower, comfort bed and silence room... indoor parking... friendly staff (not all), good breakfast.

Review 3：The location was not on the main street of Presov so we had to walk about five minutes to get there.

Review 4：The luxurious bathroom was almost half the size of the bedroom and had its own skylight. The room was very clean and modern. We used the wellness facility and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. One side of the room was filled with windows which let in lots of natural light and let us overlook the courtyard. The free breakfast has a wide variety of food including eggs made to order.

Review 10：I ve stayed in many hotels in my past but Enchante in Presov was one of my favourite..since we checked in I fell in love. The size of room was great, bathroom excellent, everything was clean n good condition. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful.. When we come to Presov we will definitely go back to Enchante... We all loved it, made us to feel like home!

Review 15：Sadly the bedrooms have no air conditioning, and the fans which are provided are very efficient, but sadly too noisy to sleep with them on... otherwise a great hotel.

Review 16：Room number 1 is just right next to a busy road, so its very hard to get to sleep until late - and you will wake up very early! unless you bring ear plugs, but the room itself is lovely... Room 9 where we moved to the second night, is a suite - huge and much quieter, a lovely room. The food in the restaurant is great. The staff were lovely and very helpful indeed. The place is pristine.

Review 17：All rooms on second level and some dining areas on lower level , but no elevator. Building design using steps here and there without caution notice. Back stairwell has no handrail. Two rooms on street side probably noisy due to heavy truck traffic.

Review 18：Stayed here four nights and were delighted with the experience. Superior accommodations in a pleasing contemporary design. Many skylights in rooms and hallway. Absolutely spotless. Great value for the price. Breakfast included. Superb lunch/dinner menu. Lovely dining areas, inside and outside. Staff very willing to please. Just a block from the main street. Wellness center part of the hotel.

Nice personnel, management responsive to clients' special requests without any problem, great cuisine in the hotel restaurant, marvelous wellness facilities. Really nothing to be disappointed. Review 53：This was our second time staying in the hotel. The staff remembered us and was very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant waited for us to prepare a dinner for us even when we arrived quite late around 22:00. The food was delicious:-). When travelling to Prešov this is the best place to stay.

Review 60：Due to position, near main road, they shall avoid to use room Nr. 2 - especially if hot wheather condition - once you open window (because very hot) - you get decibels from main road because a lot of trucks are passing this area for 24 hours! I didn't understand why they provide this room for guests if inside is over thirty degrees of celsius and no possibility cool down. I never had such problem in four stars hotel.

Review 61：Nicely designed hotel. But not all rooms are usable for guests. Advice for guests - please to avoid take Nr.2 (even Nr.1), the rest would be fine. Personal shall understand real conditions (temperature) in room Nr. 2.

Review 62：If a have to say something, than the only point is that we had a room near the street. So when you're not used to noise during the night better to ask for a room in the back of the hotel. All the time there were going trucks and busses trough the street.

Review 63：When staying two nights in the hotel you have the welness 1,5 hour completely for yourself included in the price of the room. So no strangers in the welness, only the people which you invide. Very friendly personal!
