Review 1：This hotel is for families. If you are a couple without children, this is not the hotel for you!! The pools were dominated by the children and it was impossible to use them. Also, the room was horribly in disrepair. There was a huge chunk of tile missing at the bottom of the shower and the water flooded the bathroom. The only English speaking TV channel had 10 year old movies and TV shows. There is no Internet in the room, nor coffee maker, microwave or fridge and no ice machine. Mexican s don't use face ease cloths so plan on bringing your own.

Review 2：The buffet was fantastic 3 times a day. Definitely pot for all inclusive which includes all food and drinks, including alcohol. Also, the location was the best on the beach. Right next to the new pier and all the action of the Malecon and restaurants. We loved the view and friendly staff.

Review 5：We saw roaches in our restroom. Repairs/construction, going around the pool all day. Open bar closes at 10pm. Wifi only at lobby. The food tasted like buffet food.

Review 8：The facilities, food and staff are good for the price they are charging. If you are looking for super fancy this is not the option. nevertheless is a good option for a vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Review 9：Upon checking in, the desk person was very nice. He couldn't find my booking but later found it and checked us in. He goes on to tell us that we had the best room in the place. The hotel is outdated, old and not in the best of shape. The room had the hardest mattress I have ever laid on and the tv did not have cable. It was an old box tv, that I hit my head on multiple times. But even worse for me was the roaches I found in my room. My girlfriend woke up out of her sleep screaming due to a giant bug crawling on her in the bed. The shower did not have adequate hot water and I had to go to Walmart to buy face towel. I know this is not the best written review, but I am disgusted with this place. Oh how could I forget the fact that this was supposed to be an all inclusive resort. Ok, I will start by saying that I had better drinks at the airport before arriving to the hotel. We checked in an went to have lunch, the food was cold, but edible, I thought it was strange that there was pigeons walking around inside of the dining area. While eating my cold food, the pigeons started flying over my food/table. Ok I'm done with lunch. I go to try the drinks, I don't know what they were thinking but it was all syrup and not a true drink. We take a chance to see what they would have for dinner and it was in a different dining area with different food. Saw more pigeons so we left (food didn't look good anyway and kids were playing in the food). Internet was very spotty and speeds were slow. Ok I'm sorry, I'm off my rant, but I hope this rating could give you a glimpse of what I went through this weekend. I would not stay here again!

Review 13：My friend and I both felt like we got what we paid for. At about $80 per night for the two of us with two beds, we did not expect (or receive) 4 star service. We did get a decent, clean and convenient place to stay in a great location as we wanted to be near Los Muertos. Couldn't get a 2nd key or safe key, but such is life at $80 per night. Didn't eat at restaurant but looked surprisingly good for the price of the rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 14：No beach bar servers, cold pools, towel boys and beach security, liked the tips I had given them to set up the lounge chairs and seats, but when it came to a lost towel which was given back to them by a friend, they would not give me my towel card, so on leaving the desk clerk wanted to charge me 250 pesos. I told him what had happened and even called my friend down from his room to confirm what he had done, the clerk told him ok and later when checking out he tried to charge me the 250 pesos, so I went down to the towel boy and security guard and almost forced them to give me back my card, they relented but finally gave me the card. The maid service was not very helpful, my wife had asked for 3 face towels and every day we had to ask her again. Now as for the food we did not eat there, because they serve the same old stuff as they had on previous years we had been there.
