Review 1：We loved the view from our room. The room had terrific facilities with a Victorian bath to soak in after a long day of driving. My daughter loved the friendly pet cats and we were warmly welcomed by our hosts.
Review 2：The room is a little bit small and no meals no views but still expensive. Maybe because its peak holiday season. Hard to book a room in lake takapo.

Heated flooring and towel racks were a lifesaver during the very cold nights. The lake view from our patio was amazing but the view from the dining room made waking up for breakfast the most priceless experience. Can not fault Tekapo Heights!

The room was supposed to have a partial lake view - The main view was the grey corrugated roof of the house in front, with a very tiny portion of the lake edge visible at the sides if you stood by the window. If you were very tall (well over 6ft) you may have been able to see over the top of the house to the lake).

This B&B offered amazing views in the morning but heck, the bathroom was just as good if not better. Excellent in room facilities, I was impressed given I avoid B&B. Recommended - just plan ahead to make sure you're getting value for money otherwise.
Review 57：Very friendly house owner. The B&B locates about 800m away from the village center and the owner came to pick us up at the bus station, show us around and later see us off as well. Good house condition(the bathroom even has warm-up floor!). Very stylish and warm decoration. The garden and living room offered a lake view, very impressive. And we really enjoyed our time spending with their dogs and cats!
