Review 1：One or two of the staff on reception seem a little inexperienced but generally helpful.

Review 7：Only bad thing was that because the hotel is in 3 buildings we were put in the out building which you had to get 2 lifts to get to your room which was a little bit annoying especially as you have to give your key in everytime you leave the hotel so you had to do the walk back to reception. Also no wi-fi in rooms but this didn't really bother me.

Review 8：10 minute walk from the centre. Both pools were open aswell as all the bars and restaurants at the hotel. Wifi in the reception worked really well and most of the pool area and staff were very helpful.

Review 13：The check-in was disaster. The staff wasted 1 hour and a half in check-in. The reason was that I booked a room and they told me that they were full up. After a lot of talking they found a room. I don't know why they did not gave me my room when I went for check-in. The air-condition in the room could be better.

Review 14：The hotel is very nice and located in a quiet area. The pool (both indoor and outdoor) are very nice and the room was excellent. The breakfast was super.

Review 15：Unfortunately, the hotel needs a renovation desperately! The room had a heavy mouldy smell, was not so clean and the furniture was old. Beware that there is also an annex which is worse than the main building. Moreover, Bugibba was terrible: loud, chaotic, dirty and full.

Review 16：Large hotel very close to Mwiezeb bus station, which connects you to every beach in Malta, as well as the Gozo ferry. Very large room with air-conditioning. Towels have been changed daily.

Review 20：Toilet didnt flush properly, I asked the front desk to send somebody to check. The specialist advised it is supposed to be this way. I had to flush 10 times before it flushed properly. Very uncomfortable

Review 22：1. Free internet in common areas is pretty bad. Even the paid internet isn't that good 2. It seems there is potential for better management of the premises e.g. there are darts and table tennis rackets available but there is no dart board or Table tennis table, my room's ac wasn't working but to be fair, staff was kind enough to immediately offer me a different room

Review 25：The lobby, everything else was misleading by the photos on line. Ants were all over the bathroom in the first room. The second room had a view of adjoining homes, horrible! Large water bugs were in the hall on the way to the second room, gross!!

Review 30：The room was okish. Not great but for 3 star you cant expect more. A bit old but rather clean. The only problem we faced was presence of cocroaches in bathroom and bedroom. We managed to kill one and then the second one appeared in bathroom. We called the reception and someone came with a spray. I think they are in the spaces above ceiling which are not proof so they can easily come to the room. If it wasnt for that I would recommend the hotel as teh staff was great.wifii didnt work in the room.

Review 31：The breakfast was excellent and the location not bad too although a bit difficult to find parking space.

Review 32：It was a really big hotel and the entrance looked flash but the rooms are very basic, which was fine for us. The WIFI was very slow in the lobby and no free wifi in the rooms. We had a bit of confusion when checking in and almost got charged over double of what we had booked. Luckily the staff were nice and they all helped to ensure we got the rate we booked for.

Review 38：the nearest "beach" is a concrete one, the nearest sandy beach is about half an hour by bus, no free wifi in the rooms, nowadays it should be a standard, the inside swimming pool is very tiny, more for kids and impossible to swim in. also we asked at the reception not to clean our room for the whole 8 days, we had our stuff all over the room so we didnt want to cause more work to the housekeepers, unfortunately i had to ask them 3 time being super pissed off when i found my underwear folded in my suitcase again!!!!!

My window was very small (I think it applies only to 5 rooms in the entire hotel). The power sockets are of british type, only one socket that TV is connected to is european type.

The hotel is dirty (once evening we found very dirty toilet paper just one meter from our room door) and the atmosphere there feels like 70s. The hotel is sold as 4* hotel but the room and the restaurants look maximum 2*. The stuff is providing wrong information to tourists and is completely chaotic in handling the reception load.
