Review 1：They didn't top up the coffee in the room but there is a small shop nearby, so no real problem.

Review 2：Location, very near the beach. Quite, breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly. They didn't clean the room during the 4 days, which I liked.

Review 3：I was alone and the room had an adjoining door, wasn't very soundproof.

Review 4：This is aa modern hotel. Staff helped me print boarding passes. The restaurant is adorable. Plays vinyl records cute decor.

Review 5：Extremely rude receptionists, who were threatening other customers with police when they inquired why they were charged extra for staying during the weekend. Should receive basic training in customer care. Certainly not worth the money you are paying, but very few choices during busy season.

Review 7：Great location, so close to the sandy beach with restaurants. Hotel Flaming has a lovely garden outside where there is a chef making BBQ, so in the evening you don't need to look for place to eat, its all there! Reception staff very polite, our room was ready at 11am with a baby cot in it, so we could check in early. Rooms are basic, modern designed with a big comfortable bed, good size shower, tea/coffee etc... I wish we could stay longer! We definitely recommend it.

Review 10：Staff unfriendly and rude. Rooms not soundproof. Booked room with balcony but after we altered date we wasn't informed that our choice of room was not longer available yet we paid more for it.

Review 12：Curtains too small for wide windows (sunrise at 3:30am, light in the room as daytime). No fridge, AC, tiny sink. 2 small packs toiletries for 4 days for whole family. No information upon arrival about other facilities (Sauna, gym, internet etc).

Review 13：3min walk from the beach and famous fish restaurant, clean and friendly. Large room. TV with German channels as well as polish. Restaurant great, did a "on request" dish for our family. Taxi preordered through reception.

Review 14：Breakfast was extra They weren't very busy but not very attending to guests. No milk, no bread, buffet wasn't replenished automatically. Staff were in the kitchen and not visible, had to knock and go into the kitchen to ask for food

Review 15：Perfect location as close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to town. Close to Hotel Bursztyn for drinks/dinner and Bar Przystań on the beach for fresh fish and drinks. We were in room 109 - lovely and quiet, a really large balcony but not much of a view (we didn't mind, we had a private sunbathe!) Comfortable bed, power shower, everything clean and bathroom sparkling. Great for free wifi access too. Late check out at 12pm and they allowed us to stay until 4pm for no extra charge.

Review 16：Minimal furniture, no surface to place suitcase. We had to ask for an extra chair to unpack. Washbasin the size of dentists spitoon. Stone stairs to room, no elevator. There are unexpected steps and poor lighting on stairs. Breakfast is not included but available for extra, sometimes at nearby hotel. Compared with otrher places we stayed in Poland, this hotel was not good value.

Review 18：Like the location, less than 50m from the beach front, the promenade, bars restaurants and cafés. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. The rooms were as described. Medium sized, clean, secure and comfortable. If I ever come back to Sopot I will stay at the Flaming again! :-)

Review 46：There was only one cordless kettle for the entire hotel and we had to prepare some hot drink for our daughter. We waited like 30mins to get it. That was a surprise since on the hotel website and on the booking.com it said they offered cordless kettles in the rooms.

Try to locate the nearest socket... 3. If I stayed longer, espacially during summer months, I would miss the fridge.
