Review 1：The staff was AMAZING! Very friendly and attentive to anything you needed or wanted! We had an issues with our reservation and were told we needed to pay an extra $400 which was really frustrating (especially because my sister had her wedding there + over 80 family and friends attended), but we ended up watching the Cubs game with the head honcho and he was nice enough to waive the fee after we explained the situation. SO grateful for that! Other than that, I recommend it to everyone! The hotel is beautiful!

Review 5：everything about the resort. The room was nice, mini bar and all inclusive was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Food was great. No complaints.

Review 6：The food is just okay. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad--it's just not great. Good selection of different types of food genres. Pools closed at 8pm, but I think this is common for most of these types of resorts. Wifi was slower than my work phone's LTE. The wifi signal also tended to drop, requiring me to enter my credentials a few times during the trip.

Review 7：Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was central to both the boardwalk and marina. Great views of the ocean from any room. The room itself was a nice size, air condition worked magnificently, and beds were fairly comfortable.

Review 8：Well drinks were offered, so specify top shelf, if that's your thing. Hot tub on deck was not working Shower leaked terribly in our room. We had to use so many towels to catch all the flowing water, it was really a pain.

Review 17：My wife and I were looking for a close in, high end, all inclusive. This hotel above and beyond exceeded everything we were looking for. From the glass of champagne at the door, to the kindest/most helpful staff in the world, to delicious food, to perfect pools and beaches - not only will we come back, we will make a point to come back every year.
