Review 1：The waiter and the service very slow and not efficient. Most of the time had to look and search for the waiter.

Review 6：We were there for two days, the first morning we went downstairs for breakfast, we got the last available table. It was a table for 4, and we were 5 (6 if you count the baby). Apparently, the hotel was full and Management did not look for a solution to this problem beforehand, they only dealt with it on the go. The second day it was better, they added extra tables and seats.
Review 7：The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean.
Review 8：The sliding glass doors close from the inside and you will get locked outside if you're not careful. The story of how I got back into the room is funny but not recommended...
Review 9：Good value and location to major businesses in Ciudad del Este so for my purposes I could not have asked for more. I also asked for refreshments to be sent to my room and I was surprised how soon they arrived.
