Review 1：Accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Location is handy for the Glen shopping centre, restaurants and cinemas. The staff were very friendly and allowed for a late check out. The beds had firm mattresses that did not sink in the middle - a welcome relief compared to other hotels in the area. Stayed there again a few days later - would stay again. Great to have a fridge, air conditioning, free parking and free WiFi. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Review 2：Units need to be better clean, found shower dirty and there was lots of spider including the near the bed. It looked cleaned but when you walk around the room it looked like it didn't get cleaned again, Room that are not use they normally get a total clean at least every 3 day.

Review 3：No dining facilities available during the Christmas/New Year period. Had to look elsewhere which is difficult if you don't know the area.

Review 5：That all reception staff were most helpful to my wishes from the start of my stay till the end of my stay in a respectful, friendly & pleasant manner, especially with my room having access to my car, because of my age & lack of mobility. Thanks also to the house keeping staff for allowing me to spend my time watching cricket test & re-arranging the room to suit my lazy style of living. Cheers & every best wish for the year 2016. Review 29：The Premium room was described by Booking.com to have a safe but it does not. When we queried reception about it, firstly they insisted there is a safe in the room. Later they suggested we place our valuables at the reception. No international TV news channels like CNN or BBC.

Review 38：The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the doona was freezing we had the blanket on they provided and was still cold we ended up putting the heater on 30c all night long and had our clothes on instead of pjs cos they were warmer, the bathroom we had in our room the shower/bath had blood on the side of the bath, and the lights for the outside balcony didnt work so when we went outside we were in darkness

Review 102：Approaching the rooms from the car park we were overwhelmed with the smell of old cigarette butts. The gardens smelt like an ashtray. The gardens were literally covered in hundreds of butts. They were even on the roof of the awnings. There were full ashtrays left on the ground, at the doors to some rooms. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and everything got wet from the steam including the floor which got very slippery and our young daughter slipped over. With a painful knee, I found it very hard to climb over the edge of the spa to access the shower. Wifi was free but didn't work in our room. When I called reception at 9pm she said it works in reception, you'll have to come down. Obviously I'm not going to do that in my pyjamas with my children fast asleep.
