Review 1：I didn't like the cost for value. - Only a single entry ticket to the AquaCity water park by default (which to be fair is stated on their own web site). But the hotel is in a stadium office, close but not physically connected to the park in any way. So potentially plan to choose between an all day trip for the laser show at night, or come back to the hotel to eat. - You have to walk across a parking lot, stand in line, and get a chip to enter the water park. Each time you leave and come back since you need to feed the chip into the turnstyle to get out. - Paying on the room in the aqua park can be a pain with communication. (You don't want to pay on the chip unless you bring in a credit card or cash since you'll have to pay before you leave the park.) - Wireless doesn't reach far enough to all the rooms - Food at the hotel, and unappetizing and overpriced at the water park. They can heat their pools alright, so why so much trouble with food? - The rooms aren't the coolest, but no fan, or aircon. Parking lot outside the room. - Beds are two singles pushed together.

Review 2：- Accommodating staff and their help with the water park. - The AquaCity park itself was fun (but a bit too crowded at times, and most of the bars inside were closed)

Review 4：despite of small false start at reception desk, all after that went really good. Quite big room (we were finally placed in the mountain view hotel). Food was ok.

Review 5：- a minor setback, but it was very hard to find the hotel, due to the fact that the hotel itself is basically under the west wing of the football stadium, and there are absolutely no signs whatsoever to indicate direction or whereabouts. We were literally standing in front of the entrance to the hotel and had no idea where it was, until we called the reception and they met us outside. - no air conditioning in the rooms, though the nights in June were cool enough to help lower the temp

Review 13：First we didn't realize the hotel because there were no signes but then we found out it is the understairs of the poprad football stadium.

Review 14：The staff were very welcoming and warm and helped us in planning our stay. We were amazed by the facilities in aquaticy and enjoyed the pools and massages wich was the best part of our great trip. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing in the tatra and only 20 minutes by car to all attraction.
