Review 1：Buri Hut is quite a nice place but keep your money with you all the time!!! Housekeeping stole a part of our money. After reporting it to the owner and the manager, they tell us that all the housekeepers denied doing it and that customers often are mistaken about the amount of money they have. ( which we were definitely not). The only solution they offered was going to Trat and have the police take fingerprints ( yeah right, like CSI, too much tv I guess...) End of story is we lost about 160$. We won't come back again. O yeah, the restaurant has only 1 cd.....
Review 2：The hotel is very isolated, you need a bike or taxi to get to the nearest restaurants. As the hotel is down a long dirt road in the middle of nowhere we didn't feel very safe going down it at night, so I'd recommend a taxi. The hotel itself was so quiet, they had a bar on the beach that was never staffed or open, and a hut by the pool that I'm guessing is a pool bar at some point? Only had wifi in the restaurant. The beach isn't great, it was quite dirty. It's a shame as it has great potential to be a fab little getaway.
Review 3：The huts are lovely with great sea views and the gardens are beautiful. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and well kept. The lady on reception is so helpful and friendly. The pier was really nice to sit and relax on. The pool is fantastic, infinity style with great views of the bay.
Review 4：Its so quiet that there's hardly anyone there. The bar was closed and there's no-one but us at breakfast. There's very little in the way of beach, and it could do with a revamp from the plastic and concrete. We only stayed two nights and moved resort.
Review 5：Its fine as a resort, yes, we get the bit about it being quiet. Its clean, the room was fine.

Review 9：Helpfull staff, private a beautifull pier, private beach, we pay by card, good air conditioner, beautifull bungalou, good food. Pick up and dropp off from/to the pier.
Review 10：Wifi is free but only available until 22 o'clock - as well as the nice restaurant. So the rest of your night has to be spend in your bungalow. Unfortunately its light is not romantical so you feel a little bit uncomfortable. So the best solution is to fall asleep as well. We missed a huge roof in front of the Bungalow to be able to relax outside during the rain (we stayed there during Monsun time) - the option Restaurant / sitting area was partially opend only. So you were fixed to your bungalow.
Review 11：German (Owner) and May (Manager) as well as the stuff are very friendly and support You well during Your stay. The Pool is the best one on that island regarding the water quality & its view. Further more the resort has a nice pier to relax and to watch the sun burn. Every day we got new towels for the pool and the bungalow was cleaned also. Even the food (dinner) is delicious.
Review 12：The cats. In the tropical garden environment, when you see a cat catch a mouse, you can understand why there are so many cats. Unfortunately the cats are a problem when they have to be shooed off the table at the restaurant...
Review 13：The atmosphere is relaxed - we felt like we were visiting friends. The staff are efficient yet genuinely friendly. The restaurant provides fantastic fresh thai and western food, at a realistic price. The swimming pool is awesome! The rooms are spotlessly clean. The property, whilst steep, is beautifully landscaped with natural tropical gardens
Review 14：really bad taste of the whole resort. the place is run by a russian couple, and mostly russians go there (organized tours?). it gives it all a weird touch. avoid. we went there in emergency because the whole island was fully booked. ok for that reason.

Review 17：I was sick on the island but the staff helped us out so much, getting medicine and helping arrange transport. They have an amazing staff.
Review 18：To begin with, it is a far cry from natural. I would call it moreconcrete bunker-like than natural. None of the staff knew what they weredoing and when we asked for advice on where to go or what to do we weregreeted with blank stares. For the money I would have preferred anyother place on the island. Even a tent would have been preferable.Apparently people on the island know that this place is a joke becausethey would laugh when we told them where we were staying. It was reallythe low point of our otherwise wonderful two week vacation.
