Review 2：Very friendly staff, had breakfast in restaurant and they had gluten free cereal and offered lactose free milk! Felt very welcome though we were late arriving, nothing too much trouble.

Review 9：Very friendly and helpful staff member (?Bree) - I booked late and phoned to make sure reception was still open. Bree not only welcomed me with a smile, but had already turned on the heating in my room - very welcome on a cold night! Location one street back from main road was convenient and quiet. Plenty of cafes/restaurants within a few minutes' walk for dinner.

Review 10：Everything was great, including the outdoor dog pen which we could use whilst we were visiting Canberra. An external secure balcony or courtyard on the room would have added value to the property. Excellent and friendly customer service.

Review 11：It was too hot to have a doona on the bed and too cold to have just a sheet over us for the end of March. I would have liked a blanket to put on the bed. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion. Next time I will take a blanket just in case.

Review 12：Plenty of room inside the apartment, with our own kitchen, comfy lounge to sit on while watching TV. It was great to have an area out the back for the dogs to run in, and a garage for either our dog trailer or car. Great bed with ensuite and walk-in robe.

Review 71：Although we arrived late for checkin (9pm), the staff at reception gave us a late checkout, which we much appreciated and gave us suggestions on what to eat for dinner. They had also warmed the rooms up for us by turning the heaters on, which was very welcoming and the facilities in the room were exactly what we required. We had two families of 4 and two people, so we required three rooms, all of which were in excellent condition. The Grand Manor Motor Inn was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
