Review 1：Weak wifi on 2nd floor Very cold room. Really. Warming conditioner switched off in the middle of the night and morning met me with cheerly atmosphere.

Review 3：Stairs up to the hotel, you need to haul your suitcases up the stairs to enter the building. No airconditioning in the room. When we mentioned booking.com listed airconditioner in the room, they brought floor air fan. All the sounds in the neighbouring rooms and the hall are heard. Breakfast you have to wait long to be served. Unfriendly staff.
Review 4：A long way out of town: set in a forest a taxi-ride from anywhere. Would be nice in the summer but not so good in the winter - restaurant and hotel overall felt ghost-like and almost empty.
Review 5：Clean, friendly, well-organised. Reasonably priced for a 4* hotel in Russia. Professional English speaking staff, good fast wifi everywhere.
