Review 1：The room, we were situated just above the smoker's area of the lounge, which was very noisy and annoying. The towels are still up for renewal and may be a bit bigger too!

Review 3：the most rooms are in old buiding. so it is not so comforable to live. In the night you can hear the noise from the next room. Windows are too small.

Review 7：The Windows of the rooms were a bit small (2nd floor), the rooms are a bit noisy (for example you hear the neighbor taking a shower). The hotel is a bit far from other touristic attractions.

Review 11：1) Distant, formal and bit bossy receptionists 2) Rooms are very small literally no place to walk. 3) Beds are very soft, no extra pillows 4) The price in booking.com was 129 EUR, no but when we arrive there, they informed me that to include extra bed into room, I have to get luxurious room. Then, there is tourist tax, etc. So the price ended up at 179 EUR !! 5) Claustrophobic rooms, ceilings painted to dark brown (?)

Review 13：The rooms were very small. It was a longish walk from the front entrance to the rooms, which was only an issue because we had a lot of baggage. Thankfully they supplied a luggage cart.

Review 14：Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable (but small). Staff were very friendly. It was great to be able to rent bicycles and explore the area. Food at the restaurant was tasty, and the wait staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Review 17：as a couple we had expeced - like usually - one big bed. but because the hotel is an conference center most double rooms have two seperat beds. they told us, they only have two (!) rooms with one big bed - I dont believe it... be aware to order one single bed if you want this, otherwise you get two beds. there was no aircondition in the rooms and it was very hot these days. but I think with normal temperatures it is ok... (we were there for start of tour de france, remember the heat)

Review 20：The quiet woodland location, the architecture of the building ( bit Amsterdam School, bit prairie style), and the staff ,who were very helpful and friendly. We had a disabled access room which was spacious and well equipped. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

Review 26：Excellent location in the middle of the forest, fresh air and peaceful atmosphere! The staff was super nice and attentive, I've never experienced this level of service in the Netherlands before! They are not just friendly, but also willing to help and solve the problems in 5 minutes.

Review 34：Excellent value for money at this large but beautifully situated hotel. Well-appointed large room with balcony and lovely view. Very pleasant rural walks in the forested grounds. Excellent breakfast. It would make a great centre for touring the Netherlands as it is very central.

Review 35：We have requested one double bed but we have got two beds which were moving during the sleep. We asked personal when we came but they told us that only 2 rooms in the hotel have double bed. The dust was in not frequently used places in the room (under the beds, on the top of the wardrobe). Bathroom was without heating.

Review 51：When I first arrived at the hotel it was in the middle of a small forrest, and wild bunnies were sitting on the patio in front of the entrance. The staff was really helpful. The hotel also have bikes, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike trips. The atmosphere is quiet, and the hotel is for those who wants to stay at the hotel. The nearby village is some kilometres away.
