Review 1：Lift at left side looking at the counter has got a jerky noise at certain height. Need to check the cause of the noise. My experience the ride must be smooth.

Review 6：The staff is great. Very polite , friendly, efficient and accomodating. When help is requested, they go out of the way to help. Even though the hotel is not first class in terms of comfort, the staff makes up for it.

Review 19：Everything was nice except that the room was smelling of cigarette smoke. I guess it was smoking room even though we requested for non-smoking room.

Review 33：The hot water was non existing. The staff member who checked us in told us the room was not ready but proceeded straight to serving the next customer without telling us when the room would be ready or why the security guard was taking our bags away from us (and where to). Ended up having to repeatedly ask the staff member for answers before other patrons helped us out and we finally got some answers. One of the sheets had stains on them when we checked, although they were quick to resolve the issue once I called.
Review 34：The breakfast was quite poor, you won't miss much if you skip it. The worst part of the experience were the towels in the room. At first, they were almost disintegrated and covered with black stains. We asked to change them, but the next towels brought by housekeeper were even worse. Finally, after the second complaint they were changed to much better ones and finally could be used. The room was relatively clean, there was a window which looked into the yard with dimmed glass and, thus, equals to non-existent window. The room was very small and the bathroom was quite poorly ventilated, which made things impossible to dry. Generally, I can recommend to stay in this hotel only if you really don't expect much and want to save money.
Review 35：The best part of staying in this hotel is its location. It is relatively close to the shopping area, restaurants and to the downtown. I can advise to use the taxi service from the hotel, it is reasonably priced and the taxi driver was very friendly and almost qualified as a city guide :)
Review 36：This isn't the hotel's fault but there is an entertainment outlet opposite the hotel that is legally allowed to blast music until 2am. So if you are unlucky enough to be given a room facing west, then your stay here will be ruined.

But be careful with the guys who asked for the parking ticket money and make sure the receipt is parking ticket and not the restaurant (guys who claimed for the money work with the restaurant) next to the parking area
Review 52：1. It may look like a dodgy hotel from the outside but its not. Its clean and value for money compared to other georgetown hotel which can go easily RM200 per night.
Review 53：Majority of staff were wonderful, I just had a bad experience with the doorman and the girl on the tourism counter. They were discussing me quite openly regarding the top I was wearing (it wasn't low cut, it covered my chest but it did have straps rather than sleeves) and the looks they were both giving me made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I am very aware of what is appropriate and the top I was wearing while still having straps, covered me up (except for my shoulders) it flowed so not tight fitting and was long.

Review 125：Smoking in the lobby and hotel hallways was permitted which made our non-smoking room smell like smoke. Would not stay here again for that reason. Hotel staff pressured us to take a cab to the airport when we kept asking for the bus route, which I felt was annoying as it was obvious that they were making commission from the cab as there was a dispatcher sitting in the hotel lobby.
