Review 1：I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. Everything went smoothly, I arrived with the train and the hotel is right next to the station, so no stress with thr luggage. Check in was fast, frond desk lady friendly and helpful. Hotel looks like freshly opened or renovated. Room was spacious, clean and calm. I found all I needed at the breakfast so I would no hesitate to recommend this hotel. Just perfect from the beginning to the end as it should be.

Review 2：We went to this hotel to celebrate New Years Eve with friends. Since it is a four star hotel we naturally had som expectations on service. The staff in the reception was most of the time quite unpleasant. We stayed for three days, and when we after the second day complained about that our room was still not done, they answered that they had vacation right now. Breakfast was ok, but also there they had capacity problems. We had to wait for glasses, eggs, juice, silverware and so on. The surroundings weren´t very nice either -Poprad is a real industrial city and the hotel was located by the train station.

Review 3：The rooms were big and nice (except we had a suite with only bath tub and no shower). We had a good time with our friends and very good experiences in the slopes in Tatranska Lomnika (20 min drive) - and that saved our vacation.

Review 4：Bad location - near train station. Lots of drunk people at night near hotel. Noise from a little dog wasn't tolerated even in day hours - we were in dozens of hotels in many countries across Europe and this is the very first one with such rules.

Review 6：So First: The automatic door - which didn't work! so my wife had to push it and couldn't open. And the guy or lady at reception desk didn't help. Second: On breakfast - old bread - needed to ask for fresh one Third: The shower didn't work - the water stayed in the bath.. Fourth: lounge - old cake, bad quality coffee!

Review 8：The benefit of this hotel is its proximity to the bus and train station, but the hotel isn't set up to be convenient for people who stay there for that purpose. You can't leave your luggage until 10 am if you are leaving early for a day trip, the left luggage is in a pizza parlor under the hotel (which was locked when we tried to come back for our luggage and was extremely confusing to sort out because no one speaks English), and breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 am. Also, the price is significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area. Given that the left luggage and late breakfast situation play against the proximity to the train station, I would suggest staying somewhere else unless you have a really early departure or a really late arrival. We interacted with four staff, and only one spoke a little English, so we were unable to get even basic questions answered about transport or attractions in the area. No one seemed particularly eager to help either.

Review 9：This hotel has a great location to Poprad-Tatry train station and bus station if you have an early (or late) arrival/departure. It is literally next door and just a few minutes walk.

Review 13：The highlight was without a doubt the location, next to the train station - I came by train (but you can't hear anything), walking distance to the city centre (5min) ..also cheap taxi is right next to the main entrance. Large rooms that were clean and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom but not overly big. Very polite staff. A beautiful old building with a history. Will definitely stay again.

Review 14：I traveled from Prague by train and the hotel Europa is located just next to the train station, which is really convenient. It is also close to the city centre. Room was clean, large and the bed was really comfortable.

Review 30：The check-in took half an hour even thought the payment was already taken from my account when I arrived there. The room was rather cold. There's not enough parking place. The restaurant is closed. The wifi doesn't work in the room.

Review 32：During 3 days stay, there was no hot water in the shower. Water temperature was +20C maximum. Discussed many times with personell - explanation - we have a lot of guests, c`mon 4starts hotel located in EU saying me this. Not improved during 3 days. So if you like warm shower - don`t go there. Personell at the front desk not much talks in english. Main entrance is closed, you will need to go true bar. In the bar it is allowed to smoke, so hotel is loosing minimum 1 start. We will never choose same hotel.

Review 33：There is much more minuses, then pluses, so please be carefull choosing this hotel. Location is quite good and price looks attractive, but only this two pluses i can find in it.

Review 34：I would not recommend to book the room with the Mountain view as there is the railway station in front of the Hotel and if you are not a "deep sleeper" you will be disturbed by the trains quite often.

Review 35：Nicely renewed hotel with friendly staff (always willing to help and give advice), good location near the city center and next to the railway station from where you can go to the mountains almost every minute. We had only the breakfast during our stay so I will not comment the quality of the food there (the breakfast was suitable to its price).

Review 36：The hotel gone through extensive refurbishment and everything is just wonderful. The décor and interior is impressive, the staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is near a train station, but you do not hear anything from outside. The food is very good. We had a pleasant short stay and we will use this hotel again, given the opportunity.
