Review 1：I have travelled a lot, and this hotel is probably in my top 10 of all times. Have stayed now 5 times in here and looking forward to future stays. Excellent location, nice restaurants within hotel. And above all the overall design of the rooms. Very nice.

Review 2：All our too short stay was super. May I make a huge compliment to the desk manager, Elzbeita, who was extremely kind, and very helpful in her advices and suggetions.

Review 3：it was our second stay at Bristol and we absolutely love this place. Everything is brilliant. The rooms are very classy and comfortable. Attached Brewery is great you can taste local bears for less than £2,00 which is great value for money. Breakfast was great too.

Review 4：The only thing that wasn't perfect was the temperature of water in the otherwise beautiful shower. At times lukewarm or warm-ish at best.

Also, the shower is extremely large, and because of that it took a while to heat it up. - Overall a nice hotel, but not as great as other 5* hotels I stayed at

Review 14：Had a line of pubic hair across my bed, I'm talking a straight line of about 20 or so. Brought it to the attention of staff and upon my return it had been rectified. No fuss or apology made over how it inconvenienced us or the embarrassment caused for the hotel. Breakfast was almost as expensive as the room for one night.

Review 16：The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the heart of the square of bars and restaurants. Hotel room was large and spacious.

Review 17：The room is extremely poor ergonomically, there are no closet to hang or store clothing. In the bathroom there is no place to hang even a towel. There is no shower door so the entire floor gets wet. Rooms facing the inside of the building provide little privacy due to the large windows facing other rooms. Finally the hotel does not provide any tv in English like BBC or CNN eve thought the TV listing in the room shows it.

Review 27：I like all the service and the comfort of the room with the special attention like the coffee pads and the mini bar. The kitchen is always good and even if your request is not on the menu list, they can be very flexible. In the morning if you are an early bird, they can prepare you a breakfast for the road. The brewery next to it is a must, you can enjoy very nice cooking with delicious polish cuisine but not only like brewery cuisine.

Review 31：The Hotel is fairly new and a significant effort has gone into the architectural design in order to provide a truly pleasant, unique and luxurious atmosphere. The staff are professional, polite and friendly. The rooms are all slightly different and if you stay in a suite stand by to be impressed. There is also an excellent fine dining restaurant, a sushi bar and the Hotel also has its own Brewery making good quality ales. Within the Brewery there is also an excellent choice of traditional Polish food which is simply delicious. I stay in a lot of hotels in a lot of different places but this place stands head and shoulders above the rest, with the possible exception of the sister hotel (Rzeszow Grand Hotel). I do not know who owns these hotels but whoever it is; very well don and thank you very much.

Review 41：Clear glass door leading to the bathroom is a weird idea. Curtains provided allow for some privacy, but we would prefer a regular door. At about 7 AM I was awaken by the sound of water dripping onto the desk at the center of the room. Fortunately for us we did not leave anything valuable on the desktop, otherwise it would have been drenched with water. I estimate that at least two liters of water fell down from the AC unit mounted above the desk.

Review 44：the food in the main restaurant and the brewery isn't anything special - in fact, it's quite poor. On the whole the service was excellent, though there were a couple of staff members who let the rest of the team down. The noise insulation could be a little better. Finally, there's a firewall on the internet meaning no saucy surfing! Really though, why is it the hotel's business what people look at in their rooms!

Review 45：I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels in Poland, but I think this is my favorite. Everything about it feels unique, so much so i took pictures of the room - i never do that! great bed, good mini-bar, nice size and brilliant price - i got a deal for 185 per night, but would happily pay double. The sushi restaurant is also good, but nowhere near as good as the brewery!

Review 46：No swimming pool. No spa. No sauna. No gym. The sockets won't charge your phone if you turn off the lights!!! This hotel is a FAKE 5 star. Deserves 3 starts.
