Review 1：Owners are very unfriendly expected more from country folk could not smile or say hello and could not be bothered. Water in showers is extremely dangerous goes from hot scalding to cold when complained owner did not care.Have called health and safety dust and other belongings left in room

Review 3：The room was tiny for a double bed and two singles. The bathroom was even smaller. Very thin walls, we could hear everything happening in the other rooms.

Review 9：Nasty rude staff - balled out by angry staffer - we stayed over the new year period, we were packing the car st 10.05 - the manager shouted that we had five minutes to get out or we would be charged 25 dollars extra - we are mature responsible people and resented this rude manner - they had other rooms staff could clean so they were not waiting on us at all - her behaviour was totally offensive - we have stayed here many times before - they just lost a good customer

Review 11：Gracious staff; fancy cleaning our windscreen - how thoughtful. Great location; great town and history. Great morn run - Chinese gardens, bush run past old mine shafts, labryinth. Loved bridge, sad 'lunatic asylum', clean air n nature.

Review 12：Brian's attitude to customer service was non existent. The dark walls of brick were depressing. Being in a room next to the road not ideal. No information about the town. Brian at reception was barely attentive. He did not give us a summary of the sights or even want us to sign our check in registration. It appeared to be a real chore. He didn't guide us to where we should be parking.

Review 14：Private car-park could not fully park a 4.85m long car; Lift in car park to room didn't work. One young Lady hand up the phone when I still had words to say. We could not sit by and use the table to dine at all, cause one bed in dinning room was sucked between the table and desk, no way to moved. Noisy. clearly to hear the train running in mid-night.

Review 15：Location is great! in CBD, near southern cross train station, easy to go to see sun set as well. Near river, get a little bit river view. With 2 bathrooms, and kitchen ware. Looks new, modern and comfort; Clean and tidy. We tried to made a complain for some unhappy things in Booking. but Manager Ben is very kind and helpful to give us suggestion. We felt he's good so we decided to cancel the complain.

Review 16：I arranged my accommodation late in the day via the phone from Melbourne. I advised I would be arriving outside of office hours and they kindly organised to leave the key in my room.I must admit I have stayed at this motel on numerous occasions just because of this type of service and flexibility.

Review 20：Loved Room 5 as it was on the corner with two windows facing quiet leafy tree lined streets. Windows were left open all night to let the air flow through. So quiet & peaceful.

Review 54：I called the night before to specifically ask if a mini fridge was in the room (Family Suite Room 8). Nicholas, the receptionist, said no, and sad none of the rooms had fridges. But when we got there, we DID have a fridge, It was a nice surprise but preferred to have known this in advance as it would have affected what food we brought with us. Also, staff should know their own facilities. Shower also does not keep a contestant temperature, but we didn't check into the place for showers.

Review 56：Disappointed with the "attention to detail" e.g. shampoo and soap and toilet paper (spoilt the otherwise very nice amenities). That green and white packaging brand is yuk, cheap and nasty. Realise costings are challenging but these smaller comforts up the luxury feel of the stay.

But I sat in my room from 7 to 7:29 waiting for breakfast, unable to do anything else unless you arrived, scoffed it down, and was nearly late to my next appointment. As an opportunity for improvement, I suggest you offer a smaller 'window' such as 7-7:15am, 7:15 to 7:30am, etc.

Bathroom is small but clean and efficient. Outside the rooms are well manicured and maintained gardens and parking areas. Positioned right on the edge of the main shopping centre the motel is within easy reach of shopping, eateries and great pubs. The owners are very friendly, helpful, professional and ready for a chat about all that Beechworth has to offer. Great motel accommodation. We highly recommend this establishment.

Review 110：There was nothing not to like. The frills of mini bars weren't there but who needs these things anyway? The motel delivered what it claimed to deliver at a reasonable price and when you are having a one night stay to break a long trip, that is all you need and want.
