Review 1：Be prepared to wake up early as there is a playground in the middle of the site and campers who get going early.

Review 9：Really good park kids had a ball , the 2 bed for 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids was a little but small for us, but all in all was a great tine and will be defiantly be back ...... Thanks beachlands , kids can not stop talking about the great time they had !!!!!!

Review 10：There isn't a lot of room for bigger kids 9+ to throw a ball or have a kick around. Not that it's important but stating you have wifi and then having such a weak signal it doesn't work is pretty average. For 6 days, 2 adults and 3 kids it cost $1600. Not sure if it's worth that amount

Review 20：From the second we arrived to the moment we left the staff were the best I've dealt with in a long time. They walked me to my cabin, also made sure that my son had a colouring in to keep him entertained on the drive back home. They have redefined a caravan park stay for me. I will be back time and time again

Review 21：I found the contact at reception to be quite cold in nature but did her job to the minimum level of acceptance. Maybe smiles to the guests and a little less of a military approach would have been better met.

Review 23：The entire site is a non smoking site, which is cool however if we had been informed prior we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. In addition this should have been advised during any of the several phone calls the park staff made to us prior to our arrival as a courtesy to ensure we were aware. It is not listed in any of the booking.com information. On the morning we were due to check out, park staff dumped a large bag of. Lean linen on our verandah at a very early time, this left us feeling hurried and disrespected.

The waterland parka area was great when you got it to work - but it was a bit hit & miss how one got the waterfun park area to work - no signs advising how it operates (stand on black domed button in ground near entrance gate) or signs advising times it could be activated - sometimes button worked (once) three times it did not.

Review 51：we absolutely loved our stay at big 4, our bungalow was perfect for our family of 6 it was very clean, tidy and perfectly located, the beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed, the kids enjoyed the pool,play areas and pedal carts, the beach was just a short walk away and staff were helpful and friendly, highly recommend and will definitely stay again :)

Review 54：Front counter staff were friendly and attentive. The studio cabin was so clean and had everything one would need including a large fridge. Importantly the bed was of good quality so we slept well. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We highly recommend this caravan park and would definitely go again.

Review 62：The bedding was cold and damp. The heating was not efficient and didn't reach the bedrooms. In winter this is not acceptable for the price we paid. The Sebel in Mandurah offered us a cheaper room for a third night. Big 4 declined a refund for our third night, even though their cold and damp bedding resulted in illness. Even their extra blankets made no difference when sleeping on a mattress that felt like a sheet of ice that wouldn't warm up with our body heat.
