Review 1：Booked and confirmed an executive room, but when I checked in (admittedly late evening) only a standard room was available. Room service only available until 10pm

Review 2：Friendly staff, clean hotel with a comfy feel. Good breakfast. Pleasant location and outlook in Zeist, but too far to walk from the train station.

Review 3：A small double bed, bad internet, when you check in blocking some sort of incomprehensible and agreed bail was not unlocked even after leaving the hotel, but completely empty minibar.

Review 7：Beautiful little village, easy to walk around, beautiful gardens and clean and tidy houses. Slot Zeiste only open for tour on weekend! So will have to come back on weekend, more bikes than cars. Lots of eating places, nice shops and public transport. Will come back again.

Review 8：Attitude of receptionist when I asked her if the 3rd bed had been set up in the room after having requested this at time of booking and 2x during the day. At 22.45 this still hadn't happened and then she got very short and quite rude to me. Unprofessional.

Review 10：They did a pre authorisation on my credit card of $600 euros which was supposed to come off in 14 days but didn't. I was caught in the middle of a blame game between the hotel and the credit card provider. This might be standard practice but it certainly compromised my finances.

Review 17：I booked double room and I was given twin bed. The place is quite far from central . Hardly any clubs or nice pubs around .

Review 18：Room was difficult to heat up (radiator was behind curtains, so lot of energy lost), towel rack could be nearer to the shower space (it is on the other side of the bathroom so you need to step out), breakfast is rather on the poor side for the price.

The room is separated by a partition, with the other half being used by another guest.The bed in the room looked like a spare / sofa bed. Size is more like a super twin rather than a double. wifi was very patchy. simple accommodation if you just need a "roof over your head" and definitely lack the warmth and comfort.

Review 28：Mini bar in common with all such are ridicuously priced. Does any one ever use them? Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but seem to be missing from every hotel in Holland so no particular criticism of the figi. Maybe a cultural thing.

Review 33：Three night's stay were a delight in this classy hotel in the affluent town of Zeist. Good restaurants within short walk, and if you are lucky there's entertainment in the adjoining cinema or theatre. The booking.com room rate was terrific value for money.

Review 35：The hotel is really nice in total, I was surprised about my room which was a double-bed room with a really nice bathroom and place to work. Im an international student in Utrecht and was staying for 2 weeks in the hotel Figi. I had some good rest, the bed was comfy. All sort of shops are close by, I was in a need of a connection to Utrecht, but that was no problem at all. The bus station is right infront of the hotel and has good connections to either "The Uithof" where Im studying or "The Centraal Station"! Most important to say is that everyone was really friendly, whenever I needed something or had a problem, I got help right away. I recommend this hotel! Thanks!

Review 37：Zeist is a nice quiet city. For the purpose of my visit the location was excellent. The fact that there is free parking next to the hotel is great. I very much like the quality of execution and the colors chosen for decoration.The car distance to Utrecht is only 10 minutes and Utrecht offers now full day parking and free public transport for 5 people per car for one day, for only Euro 5. An excellent way to visit the region.

Review 39：You can walk to Slot Zeist and park within minutes. Also you are close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are fab with hairdryers, a mini bar and seating area. Nice large TV and good bathroom. Saving the best comment till last - the beds are the best I have ever slept in. Amazingly comfortable, even the pillows {and I normally hate hotel pillows}. My son didn`t want to get out of bed as he said it was so comfy. We had some real good sleeps and stayed for 4 nights. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Cant comment on the restaurant as we didn`t eat there, but it looked nice.

Review 40：you don't have any coffee or tea in the rooms which i found slightly disappointing as i thought most hotels have them. It didn't matter too much though as there were many cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Review 43：I made my reservation for a room without breakfast, as it was not my intention to spend 19.50 Euro every morning. When I did checkout the bill automatically included breakfast. After asking for an explanation, the desk manager apologized and my bill was finally rearranged; apparently breakfast is automatically included notwithstanding different reservations. I have been told that usually the guest is asked if breakfast was not consumed before printing the bill. It seems a very unclear procedure in any case.

Review 44：Very quiet location, rather far from the centre of Utrecht but convenient if your destination is the University Campus Uithof (good accessibility by public bus from Monday to Friday), lovely room although probably in other countries this hotel would rather be considered a good 3 stars (the room is spacious, but accessories are less then essential).

Review 45：Large amount of noise from people leaving bars at 2 to 4 in the morning. Our booking was faulty. Booking.com implied that we would have kitchenette facilities. That was in fact a coffee pot. Hotel admitted the booking was erroneous but was unable to find a room which matched our needs. They did give us a nice discount. Problem was with the booking system not the hotel.

Review 46：On the night of the day we checked in Holland was playing Spain in the 'world cup'. The hotel offered nothing special to create the spirit we encountered everywhere in Amsterdam. We watched the game in our room, but would have loved to have been in a crowd with maybe paying 50% for the first beer. The hotel is impersonal. The matrass of the bed was poor.

Review 127：Bed is not comfortable at all, the last night I slept on the floor, Iswitched room first day but apparently they all the same so if you areused to sleep on hard mattress be careful. Water pressure is very weakin the shower, especially for a hotel with 4 stars. Bathroom looks a bitold. Safebox is very very small, you can't fit an ipad or laptopwith 14 inch in it. Worst part is the internet which disconnect every1.5 hours and no way to stop this, I asked the staff and they said wireconnection will not work on the laptop, but as an it engineer I had totry, and it did work, just unplug the lan cable from the tv and plug itto the laptop.

Review 133：although our room was large and well-furnished, the view was non-descript and a bit depressing (inner yard/ grass-covered roof of lower building/ wall on the side) - future guests may want to ask explicitly for a room with a nice view, especially if they expect to spend time in their room during the day (there are many rooms with nice views, but they were fully booked on our first night, so we ended up with this room that another guest had already asked to be moved out of)
