Review 1：We expect better breakfast that is included with price. Poprad has nothing to offer exept aquacity. Nice to go only for two or three days.

Review 3：The waitress at the bar/restaurant is extremely rude and totally not foreigners friendly oriented. I understand that they don't need to speak English, but for a good service sometimes you don't need to comunicate.

Review 5：We got an extremely uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead of bed in our room. There were just two small towels in the bathroom and they didn't got changed in four days we stayed there. Overcrowded parking used by nearby Aquacity. Staff spoke only slovak on our arrival and we had to give 5€ deposit for the key (??!)

Review 8：Excellent location for guests of Aqua-park - just on the other side of a parking - 100m from entrance to the Aqua-park Restaurant with very good food open late - till 23.00 - so perfect for those who want to see the laser show in the Aqua-park.

Review 9：- there were no bed only couch in the room which was really hard, after 3 nights my back was in great pain - room in real-life was way to far from the one in photos - it was promised to have a room with mountain view, but only 1 out of 2 book rooms had this view.

Review 24：-first, they tried to put me to pay double of the booking amount (449 Euros instead 224 Euros) -I payed at the reception (practically the servin table of the restaurant) the entire price of my booking (224 Euros), but they chargen in advance 50% (112 Euros) from my credit card without telling me and this sum is still not recuperated -rooms are "rustical", that means old and unpleasant furniture -no toilettries, just 2 little (30x50 cm) towels for a double room -Tv an old Sanyo with exactly 3 slovak programms -poor breakfast and if you want normal coffee, hot meals or even fruit juce, you have to pay for it
