Review 1：Rebecca at reception was very helpful and polite; she looked tired though and seems to work long hours. The supper prepared by her colleague was also good.

Review 2：Not bad...... but pool was small... looked much larger in photo's........ no kitchen facilities..... a microwave, and crockery/cutlery would be good............. otherwise..... very happy :-)

Review 6：Booked a family room. It turned out to be a normal sized motel room into which a double bed and two single beds had been crammed. Just enough to place our opened suitcases on the floor, leaving no room for us (party of 4) to move around. Guest Laundry was a disgrace with only one machine operable, which was supposed to be for staff. The name of this motel implies that it services the needs of the Brisbane International Airport but reception hours are 8.00am to 10.00pm.

Review 18：I was surprised when I reached Mackay to have a motel next door to the airport. I figured that was convenient, however I was sure if I was going to hear every plane land and take off. The friendly staff assured me that 'I won't hear anything'. They were right it was quite. I also had to deal with some business matters that required some document scanning support, which Brittany C. and the team around her helped with, without hesitation and graciously. So a big thank you to Brittany and the IBIS Team.

Review 21：As a mature couple in our late 60s we did not appreciate having to haul all our luggage up two flights of stairs to our room. We were very surprised, to say the least, that there was no lift (and no help either) to the block we were in!! Also, the decor was very 'tired'

Review 34：We were 8pm arrivals and the night staff didnt seem to understand much English, and trying to explain my wife had a food allergy when ordering dinner made it impossible for them understand. Toilet seat was broken, online pictures of our up graded bathroom were misleading, in need of renovation you could hardly squeeze past the door to get to the rest of the bathroom. Had also taken payment before we arrived, never encountered that before with Booking .com.

Review 36：I booked this room in spa Nick and unusually for me hadn't read the reviews. I would if I were you. As the room had a peculiar smell when we arrived we opened the window. That was the cue for the mossie invasion. I spoke to the receptionist who said all hotels in area have mossie sin them. When I went back to the room I looked at the mesh screen and there were three areas of damage to the mesh which was an open door to the critters! It was obvious that it was old damage and needed to be replaced. I shouldn't bother with breakfast it's a DIY job with the toaster. When we got the spare pillows out of the cupboard there was someone else's blood on the covers.

Review 46：The owner was surly at reception, moaned when asked for a second small pack of milk!! The bathroom light was broken and the the room hadn't been cleaned very well. Disappointing as previous visits had been fairly good, perhaps just bad luck on getting a bad room. The owner needs to get his act together !!!

Review 66：Shuttle service doesn't start until 5:45am. We had to be at the airport at 5:15am so had to order a taxi. No restaurant - order form available and food cooked on premises then delivered to your door. We went to Domino's about a 15 min walk away.

Review 80：Beware - the room pictured in the ad for this motel does not match theactual room!I complained to staff when I arrived, showed them the picture of the room on booking.com noting that the pic I'd based my booking on had a double bed, where the room I'd been given did not. The night duty managers response "not my problem". The manager made no real attempt to solve the issue. I offered to leave immediately for a full refund and was told he couldn't give me a refund. I asked for another room - no luck there either. I contacted booking.com to get them to help. Booking.com told me they'd contact the hotel in the morning to try and get some sort of refund.... nothing there either! No response from Booking.com two days later. Terrible service all round. Could not be more disappointed.

Review 81：Nothing much to like about this hotel. Staff were singly unhelpful whenI had a problem with the room. I arrived late, and was not advised ofarrangements for breakfast, that had to be ordered the night before

Review 85：Airport Motel was a good place for an overnight stay as it is reasonably close to Brisbane International Airport - great when having to catch an early flight. They also offer a shuttle service to airport. Free car parking is a bonus compared to being in the CBD.

Office open at 8.00am. Door card would not work as I was loading car at 5.00am. Thank goodness my wife was in the room. For a motel that services air travellers, open early please!

Review 104：Breakfast was "Vegemite toast" which was in actual fact just bread that u have to toast yourself and butter yourself. Hot food not available because the chef goes home after 9am or something... Wifi is only 250mb and paid thereafter. There was hair (shaved) on the floor of the bathroom and the blinds didn't really shut out the light. The service was inconsistent - on the way there, it was lovely. On the way back the reception lady was incredibly nasty and unhelpful. I would try somewhere else next time.

Review 105：I had flight issues arriving to Brisbane and was a day late. Merely paid 10 aud for a different room.

Review 106：no breakfast included, big sign saying 24 hour check in, however we arrived at 9pm and they were ready to close reception. overpriced, had to walk up 4 levels of stairs, and paid $110 per night for it. had no nearby shops or food options after arriving late at night after a flight.

Lastly, although the room was double glazed, the noise from surrounding rooms was terrible. People were moving in and out all night and I hardly slept at all.

Review 122：As the motel is located on the northern side of a divided highway, access is difficult unless one is coming from the city. Coming from the south required us to take a back street detour in order to access the northern side of the street. The $10 dollar fee to use the lift to gain access to 2nd floor for "room upgrade" was unnecessary.

Review 123：The staff. We had a problem with airport shuttle and the receptionist went out of the way to fix the problem and get us on our way.

Review 124：The corridor to our room was narrow and painted in dingy colours. It could do with a spruce up as the bedroom was quite nice. The bathroom could have done with re-grouting as some of it was a bit mouldy, but that's what happens with white tiles and grout.
