Review 1：Everything is fine till you start scratching a little. Poor staff, orange water at the shower, weak breakfast (a part of the woman cooking there, she was great)

Review 4：Room was big but the AC/Heater unit was at the opposite end (and past several drafty windows), so it never really got warm enough, ended up turning it off instead. Breakfast was a complete free-for-all. Seemed to be several large coach tours staying at the same time so very busy breakfast.

Review 6：It was hard to find this hotel because of the wrong name. First of all we couldnt find it and went to different riad named Ouarzazate Le Riad. We learned the real name after called which was Le Riad Salam. We said it to the reception but they didnt care about to correct its name in booking.com.

Review 8：It was not easy to find! Cause the name you show here is NOT THE REAL NAME of the Hotel. The REAL NAME IS : ATLAS TICHKA !!! There exists another Hotel which name is Ouarzazate Riad... That's not nice and the staff told us, that is often happens, that people cannot find the right place!

Review 9：Everything was perfect, just be careful because the name of the riad is incorrect. We gave the name of the riad to the taxi driver, and he took us there, but the riad was closed. He was really nice with us, and called the riad, and took us to the right place. The address was OK, just the name of the riad was wrong.

Review 10：The garden with the pool was just amazing! Beautiful flowers, plants, it looks like you were staying in a real kasbah. It was like a paradise.

Review 16：SOS!! The name in the booking site is not the real name of the hotel, the name in the site is probably for marketing reasons. We mentioned them the purposeful mistake that cost as 30 dr changing taxis.

Review 22：The hotel is called Riad Salam, not Ouarzazate Le Riad, it is hard to find as it is not on the address they report but on a street perpendicular to Mohamed V, the heating in the room did not work, they change the room for us but still the heating equipment did not heat enough and it was cold

Review 31：Unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained and old. The furniture used to be what you would expect from a 4 star hotel in the seventies! The breakfast was rather bad -it is the only location in Morrocco where even the tea was substandard. The pool looked a bit green and could be better maintained -as everything else in the hotel.

Review 32：The hotel has large rooms, spacious garden, good location and a large pool. One can have a nice drink in the garden.

Review 33：The hotel is run down. The shower pipe was leaking, the beds creaking, the plaster stripping, the pool -though big- needs an overhaul as the whole building does. Tour companies seem to stop at that place - busses full of people.

Review 34：Bed and pillows rock hard. Electrics in bedroom dodgy: sockets hanging out of wall, lights came on and went off at own will if they worked at all, air conditioning unit leaked, no hooks or rails for towels, shabby furnishings, grubby - all doors needed cleaning.
