Review 10：Usually, I have very few complaints but unfortunately our visit was destroyed by some very unprofessional/greedy staff (not the reception desk girls, they were good). The hotel restaurant people wanted to cheat us, by adding extra and never ordered portions to our meal and the hotel driver was very little customer-minded. The room toilets were outdated and in a bad state.

Review 16：This is an old grand house easily converted to a hotel. It's charmtotally won us over. The views are wonderful and Maria and the staffcater to everyone- foreigners and Paraguayans alike. The other guestsincluded businessmen who prefer to stay there rather than the busy cityCiudad del Este, families, young couples and us Americans. Great mix. Agreat place to simply relax or to return to after a day trip to IguazuFalls Park, Brazil or Argentina. Fabulous find! We highly recommend it.
Review 17：The jacuzzi was not working. The pool was not warm. Some facilities needmaintainance.
